Product is excellent - few hiccups with delivery
I ordered 15 individual pieces online at the same time and was very happy with the items but a little frustrated that they arrived in 4 different shipments over the space of 1.5 weeks. The customer service team was excellent though in taking my calls quickly and following up personally with a return call to let me know the status of the items and ETA for delivery. Would purchase online directly from them again known that the customer service department is very responsive to deal with any issues.

Too much packaging waste.
Furi, can u please consider the environment and reduce the size and quantity of packaging when shipping your products. The excessive use of resources is not acceptable in this day and age. The knife I got is great, the waste involved in packaging for shipment is not.

Very happy with the products as always. My only disappointments were: 1. that they arrived in two separate and very large boxes (for what the product sizes were) and when I checked, they easily fitted into one box. I try to be sustainable and environmentally friendly and I wasn't impressed with this; and 2. the plastic packaging was not recyclable...really? In 2018? Furi can and should pull their socks up and fix this.

Great knives, but no customer service?
I love my Furi knives, they are wonderful.
Unfortunately, customer service is lacking.
I ordered 2 knives and a sharpener online, and one of the knives was missing from the parcel, must have been missed by the picker.
I sent an enquiry through the contact form on the website (all emails had been donotreply) and still have not had any response over a week later.
Lift your game Fackelmann, Furi are awesome knives and deserve to be matched with at least basic customer service!
