Order never received
I placed an order for a teepee and pillows on the 27th April. The order was apparently shipped but I followed up on the 10th May and was told it would arrive by the 19th. The tracking information provided then showed that it had been delivered on the 13th which was not accurate. I followed up again and was sent new tracking information along with a message that the item was “still on its way and would be delivered this week”. On the 19th May, the tracking information showed that the items had been “returned to sender”. Aneta informed me on the 22nd that she was following up with the courier as there was some mistake. She said “As soon as I receive an answer, I will get back to you with information.” I’ve since emailed three times and as of June 4th have had no further replies or communication of any kind.
Child’s teepee
We bought a teepee with mat and cushions for our granddaughter. It arrived 2 weeks after ordering and we were kept informed at every stage of its journey to us.
The quality of the product is excellent and it looks every bit as good as in the pictures. It was very easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. We would certainly purchase from this company again
Delivery timelines
I appreciated that the personal reached out to me straight after the ordering regarding the delivery timelines issues. I was asked if this would still be fine for me. In my case, it was fine and I am really happy about the material I ordered.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. I returned my item in January and am still trying to fight for my refund! ‘Aneta’ seems to be the only person that replies, she’s rude and unhelpful and likes to blame you! Never known customer service like it. I’ve paid the customs fee (it does state this on their website) but I’m now even more out of pocket!!

I ordered 2 bed canopies for my kids for Christmas from the UK. Delivered in 1 week and I was able to track the parcel all the way. I haven’t fully unpacked them as they’re for Christmas but they look lovely quality! Can’t wait for my kids to get them.

I really wish I’d read all these reviews before purchasing a teepee from this site. The money has been taken from my account when I made the order 8 days ago. I did not receive a confirmation email or receipt and I’ve have had no response to my email that I sent and a message I sent on their website contact form. This teepee was for my sons birthday which I now don’t think we are going to get it in time…if at all. Worried this website is a scam. My son will be absolutely heart broken not to have his present on his birthday.

Very poor customer service and nonsense return policy which requires UK customers to bear the brunt of international charges to return items - be warned! In my case this was £30 postage for a £51 item!
Customer service manager, Agneta, was particularly rude in email exchanges when I pointed out to her that the colour of the item I ordered did not match the colour of the item the website, providing pictorial evidence. She claimed it was my computer monitor at fault. I suggested that, though their returns policy was indeed stated on their website, it was wise for a company to earn repeat custom by being more sympathetic to a faulty advertising mistake which was rudely and very uncharitably interpreted as “blackmail”.
Won’t be buying from here again. Very rude staff and items clearly not well photographed. Such a shame as it’s a lovely website.

Avoid company that doesn't acknowledge mistakes
My child loves the Teepee I bought from Funwithmum and it looks good assembled but whoever did the woodwork did not get the measurements right.
I had to spend 20 mins sanding the ends to allow them to fit inside the metal join section.
And getting the poles to fit inside the fabric was way more difficult than it should have been.
The company did not respond to feedback I gave to customer support. Many other companies do this kind of product. I recommend giving your money to someone who cares about the quality of their product instead.
No problems ordering from the UK and beautiful items
Ordered on July 9th and received items (quilt, pillow and bunting) in the UK on July 22nd. Considering the items seem to be made to order and the difficulties with shipping to the UK at the moment I was really pleased. I received plenty of updates of the progress of my order and it was easy to track during transit. The items were gorgeous and very well made - I am so pleased. I am going to order some additional items very soon. Thank you Fun With Mum

Scam! Stay away! Now I wish I would have read all this reviews! 😡 Ofcourse they blame the delivery company and brexit! I have placed my order on the 19th of June and I still not received it. After 10 days I contacted and received email back that within 5 working days I will have it. 6th of July today and still have not received. I have asked for the money back as not sure if actually they are a scam. Will contact back as well to try and have money back as seen they are refusing to refund😡

You replied to the last email in one day.
The email posted on the chat line did not have a reply for three days.
Only by using Trustpilot have I elicited a response.
You may have had problems but don’t say it’s nonsense

Delivery failure
I ordered 2 Apr and they gave me a forecast delivery date of 12 Apr. As yet (26 Apr) the teepee has not arrived and has now missed my daughters birthday. The company says FedEx have lost it.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF DELIVERY DELAYS. I ordered from this company at the end of March for my daughter’s birthday on the 22nd April. The teepee has not arrived, therefore my daughter does not have the gift for her birthday. As this was her main gift, it has been very disappointing for the family. According to FedEx, the delivery date is pending and the teepee seems to be stuck somewhere in Poland but also, the item was not dispatched by Funwithmum until the 18th April. I cannot comment on the quality of the item but be wary of meeting deadlines when ordering from the UK.
