Having never used this company before I came on here to peruse some reviews.
Having read the negative comments and the rather Northern acerbic responses from their complaints department it convinced me to give them a go!
Placing my order on a Friday morning I knew the next day delivery option would mean a possible delivery date of Tuesday so I paid the really small extra cost of a Saturday delivery, and lo & behold would you know something, my item turned up this Saturday morning as stated!
The product itself, a Ralph Lauren Golf Rain Jacket, was as expected in tip top condition and fits perfectly and with the massive discount cost a great buy.
I would recommend these guys to everyone and will deinately use them again in the future

Shambles of a customer service and lies throughout!

Purchased over £200 of golf gear here including some Nike Jordan golf shoes (which wouldn’t fit through a letter box)

Having been at work in Northern Ireland I’ve had an email to say they had been delivered etc but the delivery pictures were not of my items but of a letter with a different surname to anyone in the household.

Royal Mail have concluded an investigation and because the apparent GPS states it’s been delivered, that’s factual apparently! It doesn’t matter that the Royal Mail picture isn’t of my items!!

Zero delivery, a picture not of the delivery and Function18 have gone quiet!

Stay well clear!

I've been purchasing from this company consistently over the past two years. Can't say I've ever had a bad experience. Last order I received arrived in two days. From the U.K. to Ohio.
Two days. I order a lot of golf stuff...thru Amazon, Ebay, Dick's along with other golf outlets. Function18 is my favorite online store.

Mix up by galvin green putting wrong size in the right bag but it was resolved by function 18 straight away, they resent me another item once I was happy I sent the incorrect one back all at their expense fantastic customer service 👏👏👏

STRONGLY ADVISE TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS RETAILER. Purchased a £79.99 JLindeberg polo within 4 days and one wear the material of polo had pulled in places. Approached Function18 as the quality did not match price tag and was informed its wear and tear no warranty, items may only last one round of golf. That sums up this company, quality does not match the prices this company retails at!!

Always ship on time and speedy deliveries. Excellent variety of stock and brands. There’s been a few times they’ve had an item I wanted that wasn’t available in my size but not much can be done there. My only gripe is the sales could be better as when there is a sale on the discounts are minimal and you can sometimes find same items elsewhere for cheaper.

Staff have been great here throughout the years I've been buying.

Had an order go missing last week and was getting nowhere with the couriers.
The staff contacted the couriers and located my order, (We were getting nowhere with them!) this was returned to them to ship again - normally not an issue but due to the items in the order now being out of stock I was most grateful.

They always have a great selection of brands and sizes to suit all, normally before most others get theirs.

I will be buying again when the coffers refill and money allows.

I was hesitant at first. Price was too good to be true. I googled for reviews and the majority of the review were positive. So I ordered a PUMA Ignite Articulate. Price with Function 18 was so much more lower compared to brick and mortar places and other websites. A few days later, my PUMA arrived. And even arrived earlier. Thank you Function18!!!

This is hands down one of the best golf retailers I’ve purchased from this is where I purchase all my limited edition puma gear from, I dread to think how much money I’ve actually spent with them , but the service is always been spot-on ! The deliveries are always spot-on. I find the quality is absolutely perfect although if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t blame the golf retailer for that!

It's easy to be the best when things go well but the true test of customer service is how you handle things when it doesn't quite go to plan.

I was worried when I first ordered but this company is legit! Got a pair of Puma jackpot joggers for $30less than Amazon or any U.S. retailer in a color that no one stocked besides Function18. Best part, I got it in 4 business days. I will be buying a lot more from Function18!

Exceptional customer service and handled an issue with an order that was never received both professionally and expeditiously. DHL was the carrier and left a package at my office back door except the package was apparently stolen. After a week of extremely polite and timely progress updates on the inquiry, Function 18 determined that a full refund was in order. Kudos to Function 18 and looking forward to placing new orders in the future.
