Absolutely the worst customer service call center experience. My order was not delivered at the time stated on the tracking email. When I called customer center, I explained the issue and provided all the information. The rep said he had to transfer me to the delivery department. I was placed on hold. The SAME rep answered and started asking me all the same questions! Even though I told him he was just speaking to me, I gave him all the info over again. He placed me on hold again. And you won't believe, when he answered, the same guy said "how can I help you?" It was unbelievable. Ultimately, the flowers were delivered three hours after the time stated and did not look like the arrangement I ordered. Not using FTD again.

Ordered my mother flowers for Mother’s Day, they were delivered today. I’m so disheartened. The vase arrived with no water, there was no chill pack to maintain the freshness and the flowers arrived wilted, broken and falling apart. We purchased the deluxe bouquet but received anything but.
I called the customer service number and spent 37 minutes on the phone with the first rep who offered me $19.95 as a refund amount - this did not even cover the shipping. I requested to speak with someone else to escalate my concerns and he refused to honor that request and he ultimately hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another rep who only offered 20% of the purchase price, or to send another delivery. 20% barely covered the upgrade fee to the deluxe bouquet. While I opted to have another bouquet sent, it will arrive until after Mother’s Day. I feel this company doesn’t honor their products and the customer service is substandard at best. I’m completely disgusted with the entire experience. I would love to share photos because you really cannot appreciate the poor quality of the purchase with this post alone…

The Full Nest Bouquet was received in poor condition, since it was left on a 100⁰ porch in Florida...no door knock with personal delivery. Some of the fragile blooms were already moldy. I fear that the mini roses will be there only ones to last more than a day. Why doesn't FTD use local florists for fresher quality?

I really wish I could post a picture here, the flowers I ordered the Smiles and Sunshine, standard, with a vase, they should have had multiple colors of roses and multiple colors of phaius, and more than the 5 roses she got. Instead my mom received, for Mother’s Day, a few red roses and white phaius. If they didn’t have the flowers I asked for they could have given me a call or sent me an email, which is exactly what a local florist had done with the flowers I had originally ordered her but had to cancel because they were out. Absolutely unacceptable, will never purchase from FTD again.

Good price, easy to order, recipient was extremely pleased with the gift.

I ordered 18 long stem red roses, which were delivered in the morning and they looked exactly how I expected, just beautiful. They came with extra green to fill out the presentation.

³They never delivered yet claimed they had. 72 hours later, and nothing. During the phone conversation they claimed they talked to the local florist yet I was on hold for 10 seconds so I seriously doubt they did. The agent claimed they attempted delivery but she was home and no one delivered anything. I am waiting for my refund. Update: received refund The issue is that it was for Mother's Day and really wanted her to get the arrangement before she left on a trip. As my mum is getting older, there aren't that many opportunities to celebrate Mother's Day. I would have gone to another florist had I known they would not even deliver.

This was once a great flower company! The level of poor quality is truly disappointing! I’m angry and frustrated with what was delivered to mother for Mother’s Day! I ordered a deluxe assortment and what was shipped to her was truly mouth open unbelievable 10 flowers, that are half dead. I called customer support the representative sound completely out of it. He kept repeating the time it was delivered kept saying he’s working on it and then saying nothing. Honestly, I don’t even know if he was fully awake. I had to say multiple times no I don’t want 30% discount. I want full refund! $110 for a flower arrangement to receive 10 half dead flowers!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a colleague for her birthday. I paid extra for the express delivery to ensure they would be delivered on time. The cost of the bouquet was $55, with vase was $65, and I had a 10% discount code which reduced the price by $6.50. With taxes and express delivery fees, the total cost was nearly $90.
The flowers were not delivered until the day after her birthday. The flowers were wilted and some were crushed. She sent me photos, and the bouquet only appeared to have half the number of flowers that were shown in the website photos. It was very sad looking.
I contacted customer service about the late delivery and was first offered a refund of $15. When I sent photos of the condition of the flowers, they said they would issue a refund of 50%.
However, the 50% was calculated only on the cost of the flowers (less any add-ons such as vase and delivery), minus the full discount. In other words, instead of calculating the 50% on the full cost of $90, they only issued a refund of $25.95, which was based on the $55 cost of the flowers less the full discount of 10% ($6.50). The 10% discount was calculated on the full cost of the flowers and vase, not just on the flowers. But even accepting the cost of $48.51, the math still doesn't add up.
At this point, I've sent six emails and this is the best they have to offer -- a refund of $25.95 on a $90 bouquet equivalent of Charlie Brown's Christmas tree.
Also, one of their emails to me included not only a response to me, but the name and text of an email message to another customer who apparently also complained.
The customer service is terrible -- canned email responses and inability to resolve issues.

I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday a week ahead of time. The flowers were never delivered, and I got no notification; I had to call customer service. When I called, they apologized and promised (even with confirmation email) to send them the next day. Again, they failed. I called customer service AGAIN and this time I was told they had “no florist in the area” that works with them to deliver the flowers. (1) if this were true, why didn’t they tell me when I originally ordered the flowers so I could have come up with another option? (2) how can this be true for the Atlanta, GA metro area?? There’s NO florist in that huge city? Come on. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor and then, suddenly, there IS a florist who will deliver flowers the next day. So, the original customer service agent basically lied. They promised to deliver the flowers today. As I am writing this, I have had no notification as to the flowers being on their way, no way to track them, and no idea if they will actually arrive. I’m skeptical. Worst experience. Do NOT buy from here.

I originally rated FTD 2-stars because of a failed delivery and poor explanation of what happened. After placing the review FTD contacted me with apologies and offered to make it up to me (which couldn’t be done) with a complimentary delivery of an arrangement any time. So I raised the rating to 3-stars. I now think the company is no better or worse than any of the major online florists after having read many reviews, except that the attempt to rectify the situation was very kind and I appreciate it. The following is the series of events;
1) I ordered the arrangement before 11am for same day delivery
2) the arrangement was not delivered that day even though at least 3 times I tried to track it and received messages each time that the delivery was scheduled
3) the following morning I called and asked for a refund. The woman I spoke to was nice but difficult to understand and the phone call was constantly interrupted with long delays/pauses. She said that flowers had not been delivered because a local florist was not found to do it. I was not told why the messages I received said that delivery had been scheduled or why I had not been contacted warning me of the problem - I asked, but the long silent pauses made me so angry that I ended the call
4) being so angry. I wrote two complaint reviews describing the problems
5) later in the afternoon of the second day my sister called and said the arrangement had been delivered - a day late. Although shaped like what I had ordered, instead it had lots or orange marigold/like and yellow flowers rather than the pink roses in the arrangement description. It is not something I would have ordered
6) after placing my first review FTD called me but the call went straight to voicemail. I was offered a complimentary bouquet for my troubles. I called back and explained the situation and offered to send photos of what I ordered and what was delivered. I declined the offer of the complimentary arrangement but was told I can call back for it another time. I said I’d put in a revised review to trustpilot tomorrow and just received an email to help me do it.
I have wasted about two hours of my life dealing with this and am sorry that in spite of FTD’s kind offer I won’t be using the service again - too iffy, and time consuming. Again, I appreciate the refund and kind intentions

I’m sick and tired of ordering flowers from these companies. You spend so much money expecting what you see in the picture. To see a delivery look nothing like what was pictured.

I ordered flowers and a win chime for my brother in laws funeral I ordered to be delivered on may 5 funeral is may 6 so I’m thinking they were delivered no they delivered them after the service plant was still in box sealed and probably dead I chat with Antony he gives a 30 percent back on order which the order was $95 so 30% of 95 is not $11 and that’s what he said he was gonna send me so I chatted with him again and he told me to call customer service so I get on the phone with someone else and they offer me 20% which was $20 so you do the math 30% of 95 you’re gonna give me 1120% of 95 you’re gonna give me 20 and then he says hold on put me on hold says there was a network problem that they would get back with me and I haven’t heard from him since so if you wanna order flowers don’t order from them

These tulips were perfect. They arrived just on the verge of opening so watching them bloom is pretty cool.

Do not order from this company. They took $80 from me for a very nice floral arrangement and then sent me something that looks like it came from the grocery store checkout line. After a lot of complaining, they agreed to refund me only 20%. After I said that was unacceptable, they claimed they're going to send me a new one. We'll see if that ever arrives, the rest of the reviews here do not have me feeling confident about that.
EDIT: they eventually agreed to a full refund, so I'll add a star

FTD is a total scam! Our flowers arrived wilted and dead. When we tried to get a refund or a new bouquet customer service was deplorable, including one representative hanging up on us. Despite giving them our address, tracking number and phone number, they claimed they couldn't find our order and that we were out of luck. We'll never use them again.
As an updae, FTD contacted me thru Trustpilot after I wrote this review, asking for my name and telephone number, which I provided. They responded with a statement they have no record of my order and asked for additional information - however there was no manner for me to respond to their request. They apparently have such poor record keeping that they couldn't find an order based on my name and phone number -which makes them either totally incompetent as a business (my small business can track everything based on a phone number) or they simply use this ploy to avoid refunds. And if they were really interested they would have simply called me at the phone number they asked I provide. Again, buy your flowers elsewhere.
