Unfortunately. Yesterday I ordered 3 items via the website and paid for them including shipping. Today I received a polite email saying two of the items are out of stock and that any back orders would be subject to additional shipping when they came in. The shipping is expensive at £5.95 minimum, even if you order a single screw for argument's sake.
This is the 3rd time that I have ordered and found my items out of stock after the purchase event. The website should say clearly if it is in stock or not to give the buyer the opportunity to shop elsewhere, I have mentioned this to them several times and still, nothing has happened. The last time this happened they didn't even let me know and I had to chase where the order was then waiting nearly a month for it to arrive. Until Frost Auto Restoration up there game I have been forced by them to source my goods elsewhere in the future. It is a real shame as they do sell even if they don't stock a good coverage of products for restoration

Product ok. Delivery a joke.
Paid for express delivery 1:2 days

After 4 days I chased. "Out for delivery " arrived after 8 days.
No response as to reason or refund of high delivery costs. They do not care.
Don't waste money for express delivery.

POR15 for Calipers - Avoid this product. Complete waste of time and money. It reacts quickly with brake fluid. There is many better products on the market as well as a companies with better support.

"Thanks" for not accepting my return on the ebay for unused product within 30 days as advertised. Expect trading standards complaint...

This company offer loads of great products and I have used them for many years. They have always delivered fast too. I have marked them down however as the week after buying an item that they had emailed me on special offer, they dropped the price again by £30. When I emailed them to question it as it can't help but leave a bad taste in your mouth so soon after buying an item, I got no response from them at all! I accept this can happen, but a response would have been nice! I will still use them, but I'll shop around too from now on and make sure they lose more than £30! Their loss!

I ordered an airbrush kit and associated cleaning kit. It was an awesome price, and came wry quickly.

Says the paints scratch proof. Used to spray a motorcycle frame. Looks like powder coat. And, having dropped the frame off my bench I can confirm it is scratch resistant. Srnt through very quickly too.

Frosts are the one stop shop for great products and realistic prices. I have used them many times before, and heartily recommend their products. In fact their Granville rust converter is the best I have ever used and gets rid of and protects from the dreaded tin worm. I have old Jaguars where rust was built into the cars. Granville certainly gets rid of potential problems and leaves a surface ready for painting.

It is very good to be able to just look on the web site and find the product to do the job. It is not only the convenience but the quality of the products supplied, that reflects a good quality supplier.

With 2 of 3 orders I have placed with Frost over the past 12 months there have been issues with items being listed as 'in stock' when in fact they are out of stock. Orders are only partially fulfilled with no indication of when the missing item will be sent. Communication from Frost is very poor. You have to chase them to get any indication of when the item will be delivered, and even then the information is vague and misleading. Meanwhile the item continues to be listed as 'in stock' on the website. Very disappointing.
