Good website, good products. Unfortunately, ParcelFarce let the side down and I was unable to receive the product. Frost did all they could to get PF to deliver the item but to no avail! They did refund my whole expenditure very promptly.

So, full marks to Frost, would have been five stars if they used a better courier.

Product arrived the day after placing order.

Gave a really nice finish on my callipers and as it is a high temperature paint I used it on the smokebox and chimney on a Traction Engine. 1/3rd scale engine that is. Brilliant, just the job. It's a higher temperature rating than some VHT paints.

Frosts do not have the item I ordered from website . My money will be
refunded but why have I had to go through this farce ?

I ordered the VHT Black spray paint for painting my M/cycle engine finned barrel and head. The delivery was fine and within the few days I'd expected, however I cannot give you an answer on the success of the spraying yet as I simply haven't had time to do the work so far. Sorry.

Item was exactly what I was looking for and was delivered promptly to allow me to get on with the job in hand.

I used the POR-15 tank sealer in an old motorcycle oil tank just in case there were any micro pinholes. I found it quite difficult to remove the thick tarry oil residue from the internal seams even with volatile thinners before the supplied cleaner would finish the job, but accept that the product is promoted more for petrol tanks. I was pleased with the result though.

I found the lid of the liner tin extremely difficult to remove and damaged it in the process.

Next time I would do the lining before any external paintwork. I had done the painting before the final clean out and it was inevitable that the thinners I used to clean the oil damaged the paint.

Fast delivery was great, but it is a shame that smaller quantities are not available. This pack was for a four gallon tank, several times my requirement.

This was my first time buying through frosts website as I used to use their cataloques. The transaction went smoothly and my nenettol fluid arrived within the week. I will be buying more of this product in the future.I have brought plenty of thing from Frost over the years and there has never been any problem.

I have bought a couple of items from the company over the past month and am very pleased with the competitive pricing and prompt delivery of the items. I would recommend this company and will certainly be a returning as a customer.

Good selection of products but have been let down about 4 times now with deliveries arriving and some items missing with a note saying out of stock (despite showing as in stock when ordering). Very frustrating when ordering bits that are needed asap. Then having to sort out a refund and order from somewhere else, can add a week to a job.
