I can't bring myself to give the one star I should give
I can't bring myself to give one star even though I should. Worst experience ever with sending flowers in my lifetime. 2 stars because they did deliver something the first time, it was the wrong thing, wrong day and messed up. DAYS spent via email trying to get a redelivery and they said they even spoke to who I sent them to, which they then later admitted was false. False redelivery notifications, 6 tries and the recipient never got the order. Sent a partial refund and promised more since it was never resolved. I never got back more than $25 out of $70 spent not to mention the wasted time and disappointment all the way around. Will never use again. I can mess up on my own, I don't need help in that department. They royally messed up the beginning of my apology.

I ordered flowers as a birthday gift and paid extra for next-day delivery. They failed to deliver the order. When I contacted customer support, they told me there is no store in that area, even though your website clearly showed that there was. Also I ordered flowers before and they delivered it. They then told me to place a new order using UPS delivery instead. This put me in a very difficult and embarrassing situation.

This company sucks.
I was trying to send the flowers for my friend who recently had a family member pass. I understand she is located in a more rural area in PA, but don't start the sale if you do not have a florist located closely enough. I spent over $70 on flowers, shipping, and same-day delivery, and 3 days later, they were still "looking for a florist."
