I ordered tulips they sent them unrefigerated via UPS. I would give them negative.
Asked for a refund on this replacement that was shipped the exact same way the 1st one was. Dead!

I heard from her that she is enjoying it and it is very beautiful. it arrived healthy, in good shape and on the day it was promised. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

False advertisement for the sizes of flowers. They looked cheap and delivery was awful. You’re better off making the flower arrangements yourself! I definitely wasted my money.

I gave this company 4 stars mainly because, in both cases, the flowers arrived on time. As expected, I did not
get feedback on the funeral flowers I
sent; I’m assuming they were okay. I did get to see the Country Basket Blooms that went to my daughter and
was somewhat disappointed. I paid for
the deluxe version and what I saw looked like the regular and did not have the butterfly ornament. Except for the Gerber Daisies, the flowers died rather quickly.

I paid $95 for something that was 1/2 the size of a grocery store bouquet. “Rose & Lilly” had No Lilly’s, just 5 roses & leaves.I
I Even paid extra for a pretty vase. The flowers were delivered in a box. A random vase….unfilled, on the side. So Embarrassing. Beware.

Expert SCAM artists
On 07/08/26 I placed an order for red roses totaling 52.97. Simultaneously, my credit card was charged and then the site issued a 'a credit card can't be processed at this time' statement. The order wasn't processed, therefore no order number given. After contacting customer service 6 times-- each time they asked for the imaginary order number to 'investigate' my paid charge to them. They're trying hard not to refund my money.
