A terrible company with terrible contact and customer service! I order two items and received completely different to what I was expecting. When I asked for the return’s address they didn’t want to give it to me but instead offered to refund $17 when I paid $70 all together. With emails back and forth (slow reply’s from them) we got no where. DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Goods did arrive but were completely different material from the images on their website - cheap and shiny.
It took 3 attempts to get them to send me a return address and they offered me a refund of $8 on an order work $100. They have now stopped communicating with me. Avoid at all costs!
When I received two hoodies, they were a terrible fit and of poor quality so I contacted them to try and return them under their 7-day return policy (you have to contact them to seek approval and instructions for returns). They first replied to ask me to send them pictures of me wearing them. I replied that I simply wanted to return them, they replied again asking if I wanted to exchange them for a different size. I wrote back saying it was not a size issue and requested return instructions again. I never heard from them since and of course the 7 day return window has elapsed. I will dispose of the two hoodies… FromOutlet are clearly not a bona fide online retailer.
