Ordering items was a breeze, shipping time was amazing, customer service was prompt and most helpful and last but not least they forefill their orders with authentic merchandise! I was looking for a firearm in a certain finish that I could not find at any store near me. After searching on the Internet, I came across Frisco guns and was a bit hesitant due to having never heard of them. I came across a post on Reddit with people saying they were legit and had recently purchased from them. I placed my order and received my firearm four days later. The process was smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently purchased a gun from Frisco and process was as smooth as silk with great communication. FedEx was having some sort of tracking issue on their site, so I reached out to Frisca during after hours and I go a lightening fast reply. Not that I really needed to but it was nice to know they pride themselves on quick resolve. I would definitely buy from them again.

Initially received an already opened package that appeared to be a return that qas mistakenly sent out as new. I immediately contacted the owner who worked fast to make this right and got me a replacement HWS shipped out. Great customer service and will definitely be a returning customer.
