I ordered two products and the delivery was fast, not too long, and I could follow my delivery all the way with SMS-notification. The products I received had the same look as the website was showing. Though, when I got my jacket, the pricetag on the jacket was showing a price that were 200 SEK lower than the price on the website, so the price information was not correct.

Thanks for awarding us 4 stars, despite the little price-issue.
The price is actually correct! You bought your jacket in our Swedish webshop which, of course, states prices in Swedish Kroner. The lower price tag on the product is the price in Danish Kroner, and your jacket was picked from one of our danish stores! We usually remove or cover price tags in order to prevent such misunderstandings. But, for some reason, we did not do that in your case.

Needs improvement
The customer service was great very professional. Had my package sent to the wrong pick up place but they fixed it immediately. I picked the package up by Nørreport station at their store and there was a sour looking older man, he didnt look interested in his customers, no smile, looked like he didnt want to be there. His customer skills were none existing. I would have given four stars but he made the whole experience SUCK....

Warning! do NOT buy from Friluftsland.dk!!
Unfortunately I cannot reply to the answer given to my original complaint, so I'll quote it here to highlight why you shouldn't use this dishonest company:
"Det fanns flera kunder som beställt varor som omfattas av felet, och alla, inklusive dig, har fått detaljerade svar och förklaring av detta elände. Ofta är vi frikostiga vid misstag och låter felet komma kunderna till godo. Men när felet leder till rabatter på 80 % eller till och med priser på 0 kronor blir vi tvungna att annullera köpet.
Som tröst, erbjöd vi en bra rabatt på nästa köp . Vi tycker att det är bra service när ett köp blivit avbrutet på grund av ett uppenbart tekniskt fel."
Sounds good, only it wasn't a rebate of 80%, or 0 kr, it was close to 100€ per
Item, nor wasn't an obvious mistake, as companies often use serious price cuts on chosen goods to attract customers, and Friluftsland.se effectively didn't offer any rebate at all, because the 20% they offered wouldn't bring the prices on the products down to what others are offering them for without rebate.
In total then, crap service, dishonest arguments and complete disregard for their customers - hardly any surprise you get hundreds of complaints.
