Honestly, most is great but the issue I see here is the Restrooms ( specifically the Men's section

Urine is everywhere on the ground and it's quite literally rotting there.

Visited Tivoli this December. It was magical for me and my family. Nice place and great atmosphere. Really looking forward to coming back again.

Turbånd is not for all activities. Some activities you have to pay extra. I called this illegal and fraud. Driving license also needs to renew every year for 30 dkk each for childrens. This is also illegal and cheating. I dont know why people still quite and pay with smile. People should take stand for these type of cheatings.

Really bad place. Very old toilets and very old rollercoasters.

Da vi besøgte Tivoli Friheden, Aarhus, mig og min familie på 5 personer, som skulle betale 140 x 5 = 700 kr., Blev vi overrasket over, at medarbejderen fortalte os, at vi skulle betale 1375 kroner, så vi kunne besøge Tivoli Friheden, Aarhus igen i samme måned ... Selvom jeg fortalte hende gentagne gange, ville jeg kun have engangsindrejse, men hun insisterede på, at det var det.

Jeg ville ikke have, at mine tre børn skulle være triste eller skuffede, hvis vi kørte hjem uden at lege i Tivoli Friheden, så jeg accepterede tilbuddet og betalte 1.375 kr ... Medarbejderen gav os fem armbånd, som er specielt designet så ingen man kan fjerne dem undtagen med en saks. Efter en dejlig dag der besluttede vi at køre hjem, og vi besluttede også at komme igen til Tivoli efter yderligere to uger.

Den næste dag ville jeg tjekke tilbuddet fra dem via telefon, så fortalte jeg medarbejderen pr. Telefon, at jeg skar båndene omkring vores håndled, fordi det hverken var logisk eller behageligt at fortsætte med at sætte dem på i to hele uges dag og nat. Medarbejderen fortalte mig over telefonen, at vi ikke kunne fjerne båndet fra håndleddet, ellers ville Tivoli ikke blive tilladt igen. Medarbejderen fortalte os ikke, at da vi var der, da hun tvang os til at købe en dobbeltbillet.

Efter min mening er dette en slags marketingbedrageri, fordi jeg tabte 700 kroner uden nogen interesse.

When we visited Tivoli Friheden, Aarhus, me and my family of 5 persons, who are supposed to pay 140 x 5 = 700 kr, we were surprised by the employee telling us that we have to pay 1375 krona, so that we can visit Tivoli Friheden, Aarhus again during the same month... Although I told her Repeatedly I only wanted one-time entry, but she insisted that's it.

I didn't want my three children to be sad or disappointed if we drive back home without playing in Tivoli Friheden, so I accepted the offer and paid 1,375 kr... The employee gave us five wristbands, which are specially designed so that no one can remove them except with scissors. After a nice day there, we decided to drive back home, and we also decided to come again to Tivoli after another two weeks.

In the next day, I wanted to check the offer from them by phone, then I told the employee by phone that I cut the bands around our wrist, because it was neither logical nor comfortable to keep putting them on for two whole weeks day and night. The employee told me over the phone that we could not remove the band from the wrist or Tivoli would not be allowed again. The staff member didn't tell us that when we were there, when she obliged us to buy a double ticket.

In my opinion, this is a kind of marketing fraud, because I lost 700 kroner without any interest.

They insult their customers. Don't talk properly or reply fir questions. When you ask if you can talk to someone else they say no and hangup. So pathetic, rude and arrogant. Withthis attitude all they have is to close down in few years. It's customers because of whom you earn and run this place. So mind it if you insult them you have no existence without them. Very cheap.

Love this place and missing it so much. Looking forward to visit again!
