The steamer though it arrived promptly proved to be a big problem. We were looking for a sturdy and efficient means of ironing for an adult with independent spirit, a reduced mobility and muscle strength. On unpacking and setting up the Fridja steamer -without water in the tank or power - we soon realised the topmost part of the steamer, the part holding the garment during the steam process did not hold steady and lacked stability - the young adult trialling the steamer described it as flimsy.
We packed the steamer back into the box, as we found it, then emailed Customer Service, explaining the situation and our need to return the purchase.
An email swiftly came back -no returns allowed if you have opened the box.
I wrote back - explaining the background situation and the need to return it as unsuitable for our needs - the swift reply was again a no returns policy once the box has been opened… not under any circumstance.
I tried calling Customer Service several times to discuss the matter but the answerphone was the only voice we heard.
We thought we had legal rights to return goods (in the condition in which they arrived) and assumed we were dealing with a company who worked with these rights.

Great products. this was an upgrade to my previous steamer and is excellent.

This hand held steamer was delivered within a few days of ordering so very prompt delivery. The steamer was straightforward to use and easy to operate. It did a fantastic job taking creases out of a silk blouse and I have tried it on a few synthetic fabrics, again with no problems so I was delighted with my purchase. I did use practically a full tank of steam for each blouse but this is down to my inexperience and I was a bit trigger happy at the beginning so no fault of the product. It will be travelling with me whenever I go away as will be invaluable.

No problems at all with ordering and delivery. The steamer itself was easy to assemble and worked perfectly. Can't fault anything!

Took the plunge on this due to really strong reviews in good housekeeping and on the site. Fast delivery time and a good price. Unfortunately, the product didn't meet my expectations - water tank leaks, steamer doesn't actually remove creases. The returns policy is pretty poor (you can only return if you haven't unboxed it, you need to request a return code, you have to pay for return). When I asked for a return code, I was sent an email essentially telling me it is my fault for not using it properly - as I have been using a clothes steamer for the last few years, it is a bit challenging to be told the issue was because I didn't know how to use it. At this point, I am unable to return something that doesn't work so unfortunately, I would have to recommend avoiding unless you enjoy wasting money.

The communication and tracking of my parcel was excellent as i did a pick up point from morrisons. They quickly located my parcel. Also they are much cheaper than amazon too.

Excellent juicer only one issue wish the pulp strainer that came with it the holes are to small gets blocked but the you do get alit of juice what’s left is dry nice

MY juicer arrived promptly the next day as promised. I have had the chance to use my juicer and i am happy with it. It gives lots of juice out of the fruit and veg and the pulp is quite dry. Only it takes time to dismantle and wash otherwise perfect for my needs.

Easy to use and effective at removing creases. Speedy free delivery from manufacturer and cheaper than Amazon!
Does need a warning on using close up on clothing- caused slight shrivelling on a suit because too hot for the fabric ( which was wool based)

Earlier than expected delivery could have used earlier warning haven’t unpacked yet as a birthday present and a week to go

I ordered the Fridja F10 Raf Handheld Travel Clothes Steamer. The first one arrived and although it heated up, no steam came out. I sent it back. The 2nd one arrived and it heated up, made a noise when I pulled the trigger but still no steam. I am sending it back and hope to get a refund and buy an alternative.

Customer service were efficient at booking the returns collection. Still a very disappointing experience.
