The bottle cooler has leaked since I purchased it. After spending more than six months chasing them by phone and email I have achieved nothing! I have been let down numerous times by their engineers with them claiming they’d left messages which were non existent!!!
Offered me a replacement fridge which they now deny!(see pics) Now telling me that it’s because bottles were stored on the base causing the seal to leak, which I can categorically say I have not done!! Telling me that sealing it with a some silicone is a more than acceptable solution when the insulation in the bottom is sodden with water which is coming up onto the base! So I’m expected to switch it off until it may have dried out???
I would avoid this company like the plague!!
