The placing and management of adverts…
The placing and management of adverts is not so straightforward as it used to be but does create succesfull sales. However, the website doesn't always respond to key input and also generates unexpected messages such as 'renewed your advert' when I have just created a brand new advert. Also, I used to be able to advise (via the dashboard) that an item has been sold but that facility no longer seems to exist, why ?

Would have been nice to receive a reply in the same MONTH? I wrote to complain the website has issues with new adverts and editing not done over weekend and take way too long. I complained and got a reply over 6 weeks later??? Mmmmm needs work and communication and be nice to TALK TO A HUMAN !!
