Scam! Don't trust this website. They take your money and don't even respond to your email inquirys

I placed an order from this website and sent them multiple emails with questions about the product and a delivery date estimate and they haven't responded. It's been over a week. I received an email from USPS that my item was shipped, but upon calling USPS they said they haven't received any item. Fret shirt doesn't have a customer service team whatsoever. They might have even stolen my money
