My card payment was declined so I paid with another card and they then took payment from both cards. When I tried to contact them by email I got no response, to date and they are impossible to get through on the phone.
I still haven't recieved my purchases.

Got the Hair Keratin Spray one year ago and LOVE it, makes your hair so soft. I just bought one to gift it to my friend. Buying from UK I had twice issues with the delivery, but the team promptly solved the issue both times. Customer service better than any company I ever contacted before

I got an oil for the stretch marks as a present and used it consistently in really old and white stretch marks. I didnt notice any changes because I believe it is impossible to erase those. However, recently a lot of stretch marks appeared in my arms and they were new and still red. WHAT A SURPRISE! I started using the oil and it worked from day 3!! I couldn't believe such a huge and fast change. I'm showing everyone my arms and tell everyone to buy it!

I have been using their products for a year now, I had tried soooooo many with so much disappointment, but with freshly I noticed a positive change and I will for sure stick to this brand!
I love their products. All natural without nasty ingredients, none of which are tested on animals, and all are vegan. I am located in the uk and it was delivered within 3 days! All was well packed and their packaging is 100% recyclable…

What a nightmare!!! I made my order almost 2 weeks ago and no information on the shipping is provided. I contacted them via the chat box available on their website last week. they informed that there was a problem with the shipping and it should be sorted out within 1/2 days. After 10 days still no news! Please DO NOT buy from them, it's a scam!

Product don't work at all. I tried the collagen bomb, the hair treatment (bound regenerating), the hair growth drops (blue bottle), the anti dark spot pink bottle (really had high hopes for that one) and the vegan keratin spray. Used consistently. Neither of them have done anything for me.

I bought the expensive natural sunscreen and their packaging is so poor, on the way to the airport, the label had rubbed off and got rid of the weight, couldn't prove it was less than 100mL so the security staff binned it!! It was almost new! I told freshly about this and got completely ignored. No response whatsoever.

Also they market as natural but all those products smell really strong of synthetic fragrances and I really think that's all they are. Smellies. A lot of money thrown out in the bin for these crooks.

I am a regular customer since July 2022 and never been disappointed. The customer service team is fantastic, exemplary even! I wish every company had a team like them.
Even when I had a product that did not turn to be a fit for me (once only, in the last 2 years), they contacted me straight away and offered an exchange - thanks to Janire O. who reached out to me, offering advise and support.
Any time I email them for something they're fast to respond, kind and helpful, I always feel well treated and important.

I bought the Hyaluronic Energy Body Serum, unfortunately it didnt work for me a total waste of money.

I've been using their products for about 4 months. Generally really love the products and salespeople are always helpful. I've used a variety of their products – body scrub, face wash, foundation, shampoo… and all of them have been great. The solid shampoo took so getting used to, I don't think the shampoo pod makes any real practical sense but! once fused with the base, it solidifies the soap when it's getting thinner and makes it easier to use.

I bought the combo gel + shampoo for kids, while I love the gel, I have to say I’m quite disappointed with the mild kiwi shampoo. It’s fairly difficult to wash off and leaves my daughter hair a greasy effect

Not as expected customer service in the shop.
Pushing me to buy something and really not caring about customers.
Really disappointed as the product isn't that bad. I have the vitamin C serum and works fab. The eye contour is disappointing too.

I had a great experience in the London Freshly shop. I have been twice now and the staff were really helpful and friendly especially this week when they helped me buy everything I needed to give as Christmas presents! Thanks

I have recently ordered a new product named F SolidPod Shampoo & Shower Gel.
The product's smell is a little bit weird to me, but on second thoughts I can see the subjective perspective.
The "push" method that they added, is not working as it is not stable at all!
I finally had a refund that changed my overview about the Freshly Cosmetics' staidness and professionalism!

Best customer service in existence! I had to speak to their help team today cause I was charged in the wrong currency and the woman who helped me (Marina M.), was incredibly fast and super nice/helpful. She canceled my order in a second and stayed with me until I managed to place it again in the right currency. I wished every company did things this well. Their products are also incredible so it's a win win :D
