The packaging could be more sustainable. I have received a quite big box with 3 t shirts and socks.
In general, freshcotton is highly recommended and I would order from them again.

Service level is declining
I have been ordering at Freshcotton for years, but I have the feeling that their service is declining rapidly. Last time they did not send my package to the specified adress. Also on returned items they indicated that it was not returned in new condition.
Another note to remember is that you have to pay for your costs of return yourself.
