Amazing break in la poire
We recently stayed in the 'la poire' cottage for the October half term break with our two children aged 6 months and 4 years. The cottage was the perfect size for us, plenty of space with an upstairs bedroom set up in a way that we could all be together at night (with another double room downstairs going unused). We were greeted with a very generous welcome gift for the kids (I won’t ruin the surprise) and some local staples to get us going, over and above what we could of expected.
The cottage was well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need, beautiful wooden toys, and the nicest smelling candles and room defusers (NEOM) which after a week I became hooked on. You can tell a great amount of care went into the each and every detail, from the white company bedding for comfort, the highly rated welcome wine, to the clips on the pool for safety. It was as though the owner had thought of something for each of us to feel comfortable from the moment we entered the property.
