Exceeded all expectations
Exceeded all expectations. Picked up on Friday in San Francisco and delivered to Iowa Thursday morning. Joshua was easy to get ahold of and answered all questions. I recommend these guys for any LTL deliveries
Dont trust this company
Dont trust this company! They quote a great rate and then hit you with an adjusted invoice after delivery. I got taken for almost $700.00!!! They charged my credit card for the adjusted amount while it was being disputed without my knowdledge or consent. Then only after threatening to complain, did they offer a refund for a lessor amount that did not happen. (NO surprise there) Why did this comany recently change its name to NTG? I asked that question when I filed a complaint on nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov and I was shocked to learn why trucking companies do this but not surprised. My suggestion is to use a virual card when you are booking with a questionable freight company like Freight Pros to protect yourself against adjusted charges! Horrible experience and I encourage you to look elsewhere! Not all trucking companies are crooked.
I should have read the reviews first!
There is another logistics company that won't give you one price and then more than double it when shipment is complete for a lift gate that wasn't even used. They blame Dominion and that may be the case but I did not deal with Dominion. Buyer be ware! If the rate sound really great, it's probably not as it seems.

Total liars! They will find a great rate for you, then re-class or make up some reason to charge you way more after delivery. They did this to me on 6+ loads AFTER the shipments were delivered. Total scam.

Another bait and switch!! SCAMMERS
I was quoted 460 dollars to ship a 80 pound motorcycle frame from NC to CA. A month and a half after it was shipped I was billed another 520 on top of the 460 for “weight adjustment”. the shipper is claiming my pallet weighed 360 pounds. I literally lifted the frame onto their truck myself. There’s no way possible it weighed this much. reading reviews it seems like this is a consistent scam they use to get more money out of customers. DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM. They will re bill you after the fact for some made up issue.
Bait & Switch
They quoted $199.00, I accepted. We received the pallet from MA to PA without issue. I receive an additional invoice for $283.32 (above and beyond the original $199.00). I contested the ammended invoice. In their email they stated, "Central Transport billed an adjusted amount for this shipment due to: Limited Access Delivery: freight was delivered with a 42' trailer."
I've contested $283.32 a second time, but it fallsbon deaf ears. We get 53-foot OTR trucks here with zero issue. Easy in... Easy out. We're also equipped with a forklift.
I'll be contacting Central Freight on Monday and if necessary following up with the PA PUC.
One PS... I had quotes slightly higher than $199.00, but lower than $482.32.

Second time I have used these guys, they are the easiest to use and get you the best prices with a nation wide carrier within 10 minutes at 1/2 the cost of dealing direct with the carrier. Don't waste your time with other brokers
They promised to pick this crate up on…
They promised to pick this crate up on Monday, then Tuesday and then Wednesday. When pressed on Thursday for a pick up time they pretend to be mad and cancel the deal. They don’t answer phone calls they don’t answer emails. I missed three days of work messing with this unbelievable lack of service.

Requested a quote before 8:00 am. I was told it would take 5-15 minutes. 3 hours later I was sent an email by Drew with links to packaging companies. I replied back to please send the quote. It has been over 12 hours and all I received was nothing. There are so many options. Tried a new company and was let down

A Refreshing Freight Broker Delight!
FreightPros has been a delight to work with. Their rates are very fair, customer service is excellent (shout out to Clayton Bibb) for his amazing assistance with all our freight needs. My favorite thing is the automated emails that let you know your pickup is scheduled, picked up and/or delivered. Absolutely fantastic! Never been so happy about shipping. It's usually a terrible mess. But not with FreightPros.

Took two weeks was supposed to be 3 to 5 days. Original quote was $323 two weeks after delivery they charged my card for additional $505 my shipment was not worth $ $828 they need to be more accurate on there quoting I have been in business for 18 years we would not treat our customers like this bad business if you ask me will never use these folks again !!
