Got an awkward generic brand tv remote delivered to me and all working perfectly. seems to be a genuine unit. promt delivery, and responses when i had queries. Happy to recommend.

Sony bravia 65inc TV excellent picture sound quality been over 5year no drama.

Would not recommend, sell poor cheap quality TV receivers that easily brick.

3rd time to buy from Free TV and if there is a problem with an order contact them on their support email and they respond promptly and correct the error without any quibble.

Wednesday 6 am i bought and pay visa satelitte dish and pay EXTRA for fast delivery 1-2 days via Fastway.
Friday 12 am still nothing, quick check delivery track and big surprise.
Thursday 8,20 pm courier write special lazy driver trick "Rang no answer"
Fastway delivery priority for Freetv why no idea.
Call to Freetv, no help.
Fastway contact no idea, no phone, no email.
Tragedy.

I've always liked this store, but recently the customer service and the products have gone down. sometimes they send wrong items than were ordered,
so, be careful

I have used FreeTV a couple of times now, always a prompt delivery and followed up with excellent customer service, I cannot find fault with them and would thoroughly recommend.

Free TV is not trusted. It locks up my Roku and Amazon TV's, and takes forever to fix. I do not recommend it to my worst enemy. Don't download it folks.

Beware, the prices quoted are not including VAT. This is disingenuous advertising. The product does however work

Bought a Combi box, delivered quickly, combi box did not work as described, terrestrial channels fails to work through the combi box but worked when connected aerial directly to TV. 90% of other channels (BBC ITV etc.) were not available via combo box, performed a new scan, no improvement, really poor quality product.
Hired a satellite guy to check aerial and satellite dish to see if it was them causing the issue, both were good, no problems, cost €50.
Returned the combi box to them. Was promised full refund, no refund provided, They actually told me they would perform the full refund on the 9th of January 2025, nothing refunded.
I cannot recommend them at all. no communication from them now, will not take my call or respond to emails.

I’d describe them as unprofessional dubious devious deception shower of shysters.

Purchased a Tester from Free TV and went faulty. Contacted them and got a short cant help email.
I would be wary of any help after you purchase. A company is only as good as the Support it provides.

do not become a trade customer, they will fob you off or rip you off.

Spoke with a staff member who gave very helpful advice on Saorview in poor reception areas. Got the right gear in a couple of days and worked first time. Can't beat that.

I have been a customer for a few years, purchasing satelite dish, box and other accessories from freetvz.com site. The product quality has been solid, and I have never had issues with the items themselves. However, there have been a few instances where delivery times took longer than expected, which is a bit frustrating when you're eager to set things up. Overall, its a decent place for quality products, but it might be worth exploring other options for additional content

Reasonable prices, speedy delivery.

Don't even deserve 1 star but no option. Placed an order 8 days ago and still waiting to be deliver. never answer the phone. very bad and rude customer service.

Emailed looking for advice, received a reply quickly, ordered the recommended products, had them the next day, couldn't fault the service, would highly recommend

You guys are doing well. But you can do better by adding dedicated channels for the programs below:
1. Cartoons for children
2. Foreign movies channels like mnet and mbc
3. Telenovals series channel like Telemondo
4. Nollyseries channel for series like Tensil
5. Indian movies channel like zeeworld
6. Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba channels
7. Animal wildlife channel like NetGeo wild

With these channels you’d be making Nigerians proud and your decoder will be number 1 selling decoder.
