Having access to a full kit (oral, rectal, blood, urine) is really amazing.

The urine pouch seems unnecessary for those with a penis. It is too small, hard to navigate, and whilst some urine will most definitely fall on the outside of the tube, it can be easily wiped anyways?

Money and resources could potentially be saved if the pee pouch was optional or defaulted to not being sent for those with a penis. (Sorry for subjecting you to the word penis three times).

Also, if it’s common to need to use 1-3 lancelets, can x3 plasters be included? And perhaps there are smaller plasters that could be used so they don’t fall off as easy.

The testing was very fast, they released the results the next day. The sample collection instructions were very clear.

Did my test was easy to do and straightforward. The blood sample was also easy to do however you only get 3 of the thumb pricks to collect blood which is not enough. Posted my results off and within a few days received my results. I recommend this service it’s quick and easy to use. Thanks

I honestly love this service so much. So reliable and the fact that you can see what stage your specimen is at/ when it is being processed is honestly the best feature. I have a high level of health anxiety especially surrounding pending results, so being able to log on and see that my test has moved from being labeled, to being analysed etc. is so reassuring. I recommend this service to everyone that asks and I am so grateful for the amazing lab technicians, admin staff and postal team that allow this service to run as smooth as it does!! Also it is so speedy, shall I add! I am never waiting more than 7 days from the day I’ve posted my sample till the day I receive my results!

I would say as long people realise it is only testing for the 2 diseases and that if you want others you need a blood test but other than that this test is faultless superb
