I had an issue with a faulty item, and they replaced it quickly and efficiently.

Ordered some Sidi cycling shoes and they arrived faster than expected and exactly as advertised. I knew shipping time might be longer than normal since I expected the shoes to be shipped from the UK to the US, but they arrived in about 10 days or so. Happy camper here.

I ordered a hoodie from here and it did take a while to get to me but after a few email exchanges was found to be due to human error in shipping. Freestyle extreme went well out of their way to make things right for me. At first I will admit I was a bit upset but in the end I will have to say I would recommend these guys and they are nice folks and took good care of the situation. Item arrived from the UK to the US in a little over a week, customer service was awesome. Price was reasonable.

Got a pair of these shoes and was forced to give them to my son. He loves them. Price was right so I ordered another pair for me. Just can’t wear them on the same days as that wouldn’t be cool

My daughter wanted a specific backpack and this was the only place I could find it. I had reservations about ordering from outside of my home country because I've never heard of this store. But it turned out perfectly. Great communication, on point tracking, and lots of goodies in the box! I would totally order again.

Good products, fast shipping!

start with the the cons for me
1) legs are too long & haven't successfully hemmed them yet but gotten use to it
2)belt to crotch is shallow - wish it was longer and could pull them up a bit more
3) knee pad location is sewn in and there does not seem to be any adjustment to make it fit in the right place my knees- I think some sort of velcro pouch you could adjust might be better - the way it is I really doubt the knee pads will be in the right location if I go down.

The PROS
1) they fit true to size - I ordered larger than normal in case they came smaller but it was not required
2) I really love the pant liner - easy to get into and better warmth for cold season riding (I am a commuter so that is can be all year long)
3) So far no riding in torrential flooding rain but for mild to medium rain the pants seem to shed water very well
4) the pockets for the hip protection make a good hide away pocket while traveling.
5) I like the blue color and does not show dirt quickly

I am thinking of getting another pair but the price makes me save my money up for awhile before that happens.

I guess the main statement as to if I like them is the fact that that I have been wearing them everyday for my commute into work and going out on job walks. They are a good pair of pants.

Upon ordering my wallet, I then noticed an alert from freestyle that the item I would be receiving would not necessarily be the item that I ordered. And Freestyle also offered to refund my money if not satisfied...this notice was sent way ahead of the arrival of my wallet. When my wallet it was not a large expandable wallet that I ordered. I wrote them back and included photos of my old Freestyle wallet I was wanting to replace..they responded we will talk about your request. I wrote them back again explaining that I did not want a refund, or to return the wallet that I had ordered from them...I was most interested if they could replace it fro m their inventory; or re-make my Freestyle surfer wallet for me...they responded back that perhaps I should go shop at ebay or another source...if I wanted to shop at ebay or amazon I would have already done so...I thought returning to the creators of my original wallet was a good idea...as it turned out, it was not.
