KYC verification is horrible. Customer support gives the same runaround answer. Platform is solid, but KYC and redemption has been terrible. Will update when paid.

Lots of games to choose from
I like the fact that you have lots of games to choose from. I haven’t won much on your site though and that’s a disappointment.. I’m new though so hopefully I will win more as I go

Hello Barbara,
Thanks for the kind words about the games - we've got a lot to offer and glad you're enjoying exploring them!
We'd like to highlight that all games operate on RNG (random number generation), so outcomes are random each time, although if you'd like some game suggestions or need anything else - please, don't hesitate to reach out, we're available 24/7!
This site has cheated me out of several…
This site has cheated me out of several thousands of dollars via one of their games “moonlight guardian” as stated in the rules they have posted on the site 4guardian symbols triggers the re-spin feature. It states that the wild symbols count as guardian symbols- however when you get 4 wild symbols it does not trigger the feature.. I’ve had this happen multiple times and while wagering several different denominations including the max bet level.. I’ve spent weeks trying to work with the site directly with little to no communication from them. I have concrete evidence of this and still can’t get a resolution from the site.
Update- after weeks of attempts to resolve this i received an email telling me that the game preformed correctly- quoted from said email- “ The Wild Guardian does not automatically substitute for the Respins Guardian. Instead, it acts as a wildcard that adapts to the symbols needed to complete the most favorable combination.
For the Wild Guardian to count as an additional Respins Guardian, there must already be at least one Respins Guardian present on the reels.”
This “requirement” is not posted in any of the game rules that the site has posted.. in fact the game rules they have posted basically say the contrary..
from the game rules posted on their site - “ 4 or more guardian symbols award a re-spin, wild symbols can substitute as re-spin triggers and are included when wins are counted.” The rules go on to discuss the way that feature works but not once does anything about requiring at least one “pink” original guardian symbol

Hi Douglas,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - improving our players' experience is genuinely a top priority for us. Now that we have a final resolution on your case, we wanted to follow up here as well.
After reviewing your case with the relevant department, we can confirm there was no technical issue with the game itself. That said, we understand the confusion around the Respin feature was frustrating, and we're sorry for any inconvenience it caused. Our team had been reaching out to you to clarify this topic further as well as offer a resolution.
We understand you read the wording differently, and we appreciate you raising it. The provider has confirmed that "can substitute" specifically means replacing missing Respins Guardian symbols within an existing qualifying combination.
We know this took time to resolve, and we're grateful for your patience throughout. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can help with.

Hi Samantha,
Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. We take concerns about game fairness and payouts seriously, and we'd like to look into this properly.
Our games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently audited and regulated - we don't have the ability to manipulate individual outcomes.
That said, we understand that doesn't make the experience you had feel any better, and we want to check exactly what happened on your account, which is why we've requested the information.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Sites called freespin yet when you get…
Sites called freespin yet when you get free spins the max win is $2 !?!? Why even offer on normal games, won 400 bucks on (free spins) got 2 bucks lmao change the name. They could improve this feature other then that mybe better store deals to increase sells, games are great and a wider range then most the payout takes some time but they pay and I haven't had a problem other then the (free spins) so pretty legit site definitely a check out.

Hi Graylin,
Thanks for the detailed feedback and the kind words about our game selection!
You raise a fair point on the free spins cap - it's a common industry practice, although we'd like to look into this further, which is why we've requested the information.
In the meantime, in case of any inquiries, please, do not hesitate to reach out via Live Chat or email, at support@freespin.com , we are available 24/7!
Awful experience
Awful experience. I signed up as a new player, bought one of their packages, and could barely play any of the games I've searched for. Some games did not load at all, others said I couldn't play and to contact support, others said "not available in your country," which is not true since these are games that I've played in other social casinos with no problem. I contacted support, and they kept telling me some games were undergoing maintenance. Fine, but I think it's ridiculous that it was only the games I searched for, not any others. Overall, very disappointed. Will not be playing with them again.

We've checked from our side and haven't been able to identify any location-related issues with our games in your state. We've already reached out to you for some additional information to investigate further.

You Can Win, Now Can You Cash In? (updated)
Not sure if it's possible to win at this place. EDIT (6/29/26): It seems it is possible to win at this place. Now, KYC completed successfully, the question is if it's possible to redeem those winnings and in what time frame. Will update with my findings.
