This freelanz app is fraud I have blocked them from my card company. I finding it difficult to contact them the AI product is fraud, they are taking £27 from my account every month. You cannot get through to them. Beware of this app is appears they fraud and using deception to swindle money from the public.
I initially subscribed to freelanz.app after seeing an ad on Instagram promising remote work tools and templates for only $1. The site claimed to provide immediate assistance with AI tools for various purposes, including digital marketing and content creation.
After entering my payment details, I was charged only $1 initially. However, I later discovered that the service offered was minimal—consisting of short introductory videos that did not provide valuable information or tools. The site’s content was poorly implemented and did not support my needs.
To my surprise, I found out that $34 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. When I tried to contact their support to inquire about this charge and to cancel my subscription, I received only automated replies. Despite sending multiple messages requesting cancellation and a refund, there was no response.
Upon further investigation, I found that this site has numerous negative reviews and complaints from other users who have experienced similar issues. It appears that this site may be engaging in deceptive practices to continuously withdraw funds from unsuspecting users.
I strongly advise caution when dealing with freelanz.app. My experience suggests that it is a potentially fraudulent site with poor customer service and unclear billing practices.
