If I could give this Company minus stars I would. Their wigs are not fit for purpose I don't know how they've got away with false advertising on Facebook under a completely different name.
Avoid this company at all costs, it's a scam site from china

I wish I saw the site and could have researched before ordering. This site was not the name of the page I saw on the Facebook ad advertising lace front wigs. Once I paid, I saw this sites name and figured I got scammed. Trying to get a refund, it’s ridiculous. They make it impossible.

Don't order anything from those people, I still can't get my money back since October, 2020. I got the wrong product, after 21 e-mail they debated with me to stay with the product, because international shipping to China cost more then the product. Those people so horrible to get anything out of them, very horrible customer service

This company is a scam. Their web site charges you double and sends you wigs that look nothing like the photo. They have no contact phone number and refuse to give a returns address. Awful, dishonest, terrible products and false advertising.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!! I wish I would of saw these reviews before I purchased. Wigs are bad the hair falls without barley touching the wig. Just getting it in and out of the packaging I lost half the hair. Customer service terrible I have gone back and forth with customer service for days and numerous emails I have got no where. I gave up and told her I would keep the wigs and give a bad review so here I am giving the bad review.

The wigs are very costumy. ..not al all like advertised. You could not wear these in public except halloween. I asked for a refund and they do not send you return information. So now I donated both wigs to community donation. Hope I saved you a waste of money.

What the hell did i buy i know its halloween season but wasn't expecting that bad quality 43pound i expected a little better quality even can't wear it for halloween 🙈thats how bad they are nothing like the pic the quality is superrrrr badd DO NOT BUY pound shop halloween wigs are way better quality😡😡

Worst wigs ever,not suitable for anything.Please do not buy as they are scammers.They say from nsw but they are from China,they have a middle person in nsw its a post office box.i have emailed back and forth but is getting me no where.I sent back to post office box and she said did not receive, but post office said was picked up at counter They are liars

Please avoid this site. They are scammers. You will not get what you think your paying for. After I received my order I was in shock. The wigs are cheap, thin and poorly made. I contacted the seller and they said to order a wig that says front lace. What is front lace? They said that what was in the picture and the video the had the audacity post was what I received. I’m still trying to get ALL of money back.

Ok so I too was duped into this fake advertising, for what supposed to have been the best natural looking wigs.

And it was a by one get one free - but you pay for postage. In total I paid $54.98 (£43.36). This is not cheap, but I thought I was getting a bargain.

When the wigs arrived, they just looked awful. I tried them on - sooo not as advertised - the kids just laughed. For someone who has lost almost all her hair, I had hoped that this would give me some confidence, but no.

So I wanted to return and request a refund. Oh my god, it was a nightmare! Firstly, they don’t have a straightforward mechanism for returns - a way of putting you off!!

So I manage to find 1 email, I send a very calm and polite email, gave them a sob story and politely ask whether it would be possible to return and obtain a refund.

My god, it took 1.5 wks, of daily email and forth.

1) send us a pic of the received items.
2) why do you wish to return?
3) it’s cheaper if we offer you a partial refund and you keep the goods as the freight would workout expensive.
4) we’ll give you $15
5) ok we’ll offer $18 max
6) send us the provider name and the customer no

Then finally I receive my meagre refund offering of $18.

Within the last but 1 email they confirm that the wigs are fake: ...”Sorry, we can’t refund so much for you, we will apply to the manager to give you 18 dollars compensation, if you can’t accept this price, you can pay the high shipping cost and send the fake back”

And in the last email: “ ....I am very sorry, let you have an unpleasant shopping experience, we will correct our wig, please forgive“

So all I can say is ... if the offer looks too good to be true... it most probably is!! Avoid and look them up online. Ensure they have a foolproof returns policy. The telephone number doesn’t work!!

I too, am trying to get a refund. Wigs are not what they advertise at all. In the advert the front of the wig blends seamlessly to the forehead. The wigs I received have visible netting and are NOT the wigs advertised. Fabrigated and fake reviews on the advert also with very high postage charges. I would give zero stars if I could.

Trying to get help with my return because I didn't receive the wig I ordered, there's no return address for customer service.

What would be helpful is if someone would post contact information for this company as my jokes on caps showed up 6 weeks later, they charged a different amount so I can't find their charge to dispute and these locks arrived with Zero contact info for returns.

If I could give a zero I would. Any positive reviews are fabricated and fake. They take your money by showing you product pictures that are clearly bootlegged from another site. What the send you is worse than horrible. When you request a refund they try to get you to accept 20% of your money back.

So bad- the part on top looks like someone sewed it a few times. Too poor of quality to ever wear. Total rip off. Wish I could post a picture

They have a super good service.
Had to send my order back coz it didn't fit and I claimed my money back.
I got my money back including shipping fee.

Unbelievable. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying. The wigs are only good for the rubbish bin or for doll hair. A big waste of money. These people needs to be stopped. There must be a law against what they're doing!

They are total scammers. I asked for a refund and they asked me why. Then they sent me an email stating that they would refund me then another two emails asking why again and that I should wait to receive the product before asking for a refund. I wish there was more I could do to shame them for taking advantage of so many. BUYER BEWARE SPREAD THE WORD OF THESE SCAMMERS
