SCAM!
I have created an account and left my data to activate the trial period.
After that, I couldn't log in to my account anymore. Keep saying login failed.
I have sent one message to customer service with no reply, and I don't even want to bother to call them.

I have canceled my debit card and PayPal account so that these scammers do not charge me in 14 days after the trial period passes.

By the way, I have changed my password several times to try to log in to my account without success.

Shame on you.

This company is SCAM!

I canceled everything on day 1 (free trial) and now they're trying to get me to pay? They ignore all my emails. They wait or ignore your cancellation notes and then try to charge your paypal or bank account.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Scammers. I had to pay 180 euros but have never heard of this website

I was scammed by this company who sent my information to a debt collection agency, negatively affecting my credit score, for a ficticious charge. And won't even respond when I PROVE I am not liable for the 132 euros they are trying to extort from me. Literal garbage company run by garbage people. They can kick rocks.

i canceled everything and now they're trying to get me to pay? And apparently, they now passed on my info to some debt collectors who expect ME to call them TODAY?!!? wtf?

I have never heard of them yet; they are trying to charge me for a trial period they say I signed up for. I have never signed up for anything with them. I have told them repeatedly that my details have been used without my knowledge or permission.

I've been speaking to them for months and made it clear that it was not me who signed up. They ignore all my emails. Ignore the fact that I have told them countless times this was a scam sign-up.

They repeatedly tried to force me to pay. They claim I have to get a UK police crime reference number to prove it was a scam. Ridiculous. They have now enlisted the service of a company called Atriga Collection, who are trying to bully me into payment.

Stay away from this company. I believe the whole company is an online scam, judging by all the other negative reviews online.

I will not be paying them a penny for a service I didn't use or sign up for.

I have repeorted them to the UK trading standards. Their behaviour, which has been going on for months, is now clearly harmful and a scam.

Having read many other reviews here on Trustpilot about this company, numerous people are in exactly the same position as me, so clearly this is how they operate.

I will not be haraased into paying for a serive I have never even heard of, let alone signed up for.

DON'T TOUCH THIS SITE!!!

I signed up for a trial period.
- the website, after taking my paypal data, never confirmed the signing
- I got no E-Mail, nothing
- the log-in (E-Mail & PW) didn't work, either

Weeks later, I got billed for 100 Euros, for a one-year-"package".

I still can't sign in, or even cancel the "package".

(I'm in IT since 1999; it's for sure not a "user problem")

STEER CLEAR OF THAT WEBSITE, AT ALL COSTS!

I had an issue with my account. I wrote an email to customer service and the Rep. I corresponded with was knowledgeable, understanding and attentive,. She patiently waited as I explained my problem, asking questions, and ultimately provided the solution which resolved everything. All within one hour.
She even, as a curtesy, refunded my payment. The product they provide leaves a lot to be desired. They are a relatively new company, and, well, everyone has to start somewhere. I have decided to keep my subscription, just to see how they grow.

100% scam artists, whih have team of dedicated people working on it.

Free Discussions response is unacceptable. Their business practices are questionable and disappointing. I did not receive anything from them nor did I use their site, so obviously I would not "cancel" something I did not sign up for in the first place.

I tried to buy a book on Free Discussions for about $4.00 back earlier in the year that did not even download. I was out the $4.00 and then they started charging me for a subscription. Paypal investigated and agreed that I had not signed up for this service and refunded my money. Now Free Discussions is harassing me for payment or else they will turn me over to collections. This website is a horrible scam. I never used the site and tried to contact them first but they would not listen or provide acceptable customer service.

Wanted to try out a trail, after 14 days it went for an auto-renew. I thought it would be an issue to kindly ask for a cancellation and a refund.
They just simply would not refund me no matter what. Even ignoring there own terms of service of 30 days money back guarantee. Ignoring EU customer protection acts.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from customer service, with extreme arrogance and rudeness.
I haven't experienced anything like it before, and I had number of similar cases and majority are polite and understanding.

I have the same problem! I created an account and the next day I wanted to cancel the subscription because I am not interested in this service. I have already written several emails and reported twice that I want to end the contract, but I still have not received any response except that my report has been received and is being verified! I am afraid that they will take money from my account when 14 days have passed despite the fact that I am constantly trying to cancel

They haven’t cancelled my subscription yet. They keep charging me 1 dollar every day for no reason. I will be talking with my bank. I cancelled on the same day I subscribed and 2 days later I still haven’t got a cancellation request.

I canceled my free trial four days ago, but I have yet to receive the confirmation for that. My trial ends in 3 days, and I am concerned money will be withdrawn despite me canceling the trial. My thoughts on the experience will change when I get my confirmation.
EDIT 1: To be clear, I only sent a cancellation request. I have NOT received an official confirmation. I have checked my email (including spam) and received nothing. If it is canceled, I'm thankful, but my understanding was that I would receive an actual confirmation in my inbox
EDIT 2: As of now, no money has been withdrawn, so I'm changing my rating to 4 stars. I think I should have received an actual confirmation, though
