I placed a large order at the start of January and have followed up on three separate occasions regarding this matter. I only received one response and then heard nothing further.
Due to the lack of communication, I was forced to raise a PayPal dispute. Only after doing so did I receive a reply. I was then asked to close the dispute before a refund could be processed, as I was told they were unable to issue the refund while the dispute remained open. I declined to do this, as I did not feel it was appropriate to close the dispute without first receiving my refund.
To date, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. As this issue remains unresolved, I am now preparing to take further action, including pursuing the matter through the Small Claims Court if necessary.

Shockingly bad customer service. CAUTION Parcels missing and customer service not looking into it. Need to report to bank as theft/fraud.
Paid for order. They haven't even passd to courier and said they cannot do anything other than ne wait for a parcel, return and wait for a refund. How can I do this when they aren't even sending it. Disgusting customer service. I can only assume the parcel is stolen and need to report as theft/fraud through bank.

So-so this time...t shirt was not looking good only after two sailing events I had, it was supposed to be of great quality, however...I bought it early this year and it already looks like 3+ years old, but at least it did not rip anywhere, so fabric good, but color not so much.
Manchester Store
I bought a bag from the fred perry manchester city store. unfortunately the bag ended up being damaged Jack from the manchester store really went above and beyond and over all it was sorted so smoothly as I live in ireland this could have been so much more complicated than it ended up being thanks to the the brilliant customer service.
Shocking, Shocking, Shocking
Customer service - 3 words - shocking, shocking, shocking. Delivery - 3 words - shocking, shocking, shocking. I will never buy anything Fred Perry again. Worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Parcel (£290) not delivered. Written to them 8 times, no response. Called many times, don’t answer the phone. I’m now going through my credit card company to get a refund in the same way you would if you were scammed online. In my view, that puts FP in the same league as scammers.

Awful courier service
Purchased a white branded bucket hat on line, the product was fine, but unfortunately I doubt I will order on line again as Evri, the courier of choice, are awful, specifically my local delivery driver, he is totally inept which deters me from buying from any company that uses this awful courier company to purchase goods on line
I purchased a shirt from Fred Perry and…
I purchased a shirt from Fred Perry and was disappointed with the quality, so I decided to return it. Initially, they stated that I would have to cover the return postage, which goes against consumer law. After raising this, they agreed to reimburse the return costs.
However, once the item was returned, they went back on their word and refused to cover the postage. This is a clear breach of agreement and highlights extremely poor customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping with Fred Perry based on this experience.
Superb experience.
I spoke with Katerina and I have to say that she is a credit to their organisation. I myself am from a customer service background and know from many years’ of experience that in Katerina they have an absolute gem. She was beautifully courteous, prompt, helpful to the nth degree and superbly professional. Very rarely do I bother with reviews, but I feel compelled to give Katerina a glowing report. Outstanding support to myself and, in all honesty, I arrived to them as an extremely disgruntled customer (not from Fred Perry, but another dealer of their stock) and Katerina left me feeling rather upbeat and positive, with a further option to explore the issues I have. Holes where label is stitched
I currently have over 30 FP T and polo shirts and over the years must have had well into the hundreds.
But, I'm now done with them, the same issue happens with the vast majority, holes start at the back of the neck where the label is stitched in.
This has always happened, but didn't really care if I got 10 to 15 wears before having to throw it out. But my most recent 3 purchases have all holed on the 2nd wash., so thats another £200 in the bin.... enough is enough
Just received my fred perry large towel…
Just received my fred perry large towel black/ camel 100% cotton. Its a beautiful towel. Quality product but the price was very very high. I hope fred perry in the future do give discounts like other retailers. They just give discounts in store which is not ideal as a lot of people prefer to shop online. Delivery was quite fast.received it in a couple of days. I had to pay £3.50 for delivery as well so not happy with that. Its not a cheap product
Very poor quality t-shirts
I have bought loads of Fred Perry t-shirts over the years without issues. I've recently bought a t-shirt which developed a hole, after only 5 wears, where the t-shirt touches my belt. It seems the quality is very poor and a very thin, weak cotton. I've worn the same belt for years and never had this issue with Fred Perry, or many other brands. I expect a bit more from a premium brand. Customer service looked at the photos I sent over and decided the hole was due to external factors and not something they'll replace/discount. It will certainly stop me buying any more Fred Perry t-shirts. I understand the hole is from where it touches my belt, but they definitely should withstand more than 5 wears, and they definitely have in the past. I have Fred Perry t-shirts that are years old and still going strong!
