I ordered a watch to Germany
I ordered a watch to Germany. It took some time till the watch was ready to be shipped (it said on the website that the watch was not in stock and it could take a couple of days) but the shipping was super fast! The communication via email was also really good.
If I ever need another watch I'll check if I can order it at Fredmans Ur again.

Worst store experience I've ever had!
It started 3 years ago when they treated me really bad after a misunderstanding on their side between coworkers where my watch service was delayed and the guy who works there yelled at me and was super rude. Once I told him how chocked I was over this behavior and left, they sent me an email apologizing and offered me a free battery exchange. So this week I went back because I needed a new battery thinking how nice it was of them to try to make things right. Got my watch back yesterday and it's not working. DO NOT GO HERE

Vi har all information och historik gällande dina service ärende hos oss.
Ditt första ärende gällde förkortning av ett armband på din Gucci klocka. Klockan var inte köpt i vår butik. Du lämnar in klockan för länkjustering vilket vi ombesörjer. När du sedermera ska betala för länkjusteringen vägrar du, med hänvisning till att du inte visste om att det kostar pengar att justera bandet. Vi förklarar att vi tar betalt för att reparationer som utförs på klockor som inte är inköpta i vår butik. Du tog tydligen väldigt illa upp av denna information, och såg det som en förolämpning.
Då vi är väldigt måna om våra kundrelationer, erbjöd vi dig ett gratis batteribyte, som en kompensation för att vi har informerat dig om att det kostar pengar att förkorta ett armband.
I måndags lämnar du in klockan för ett batteribyte. Du får initialt information om att klockan, kommer vara klar på fredag. Då du inte hade tid att vänta, kom vi överens om att klockan skulle bli klar tills på onsdag.
Vanligtvis behåller vi alltid en klocka minst i ett par dagar för att säkerställa klockans precision och gångsäkerhet. Då du ville/krävde att få tillbaka klockan snabbare - mot vår rekommendation, därav genomförde vi inte vår obligatoriska gångkontroll.
Vi prioriterade din reparation, och påskyndade processen så du skulle få tillbaka din klocka innan du skulle resa iväg.
Då vi lämnade ut klockan till dig i onsdags, fungerade klockan och visade korrekt tid.
Du skickade ett extremt otrevligt email och påpekade att klockan inte fungerade. Vi svarade på detta mejl 10 minuter efter vi hade mottagit mejlet. I mejlet förklarade vi att de är troligtvis något fel på urverket, och frågade om du hade garanti kvar.
Vi har inte fått något svar från dig.

The personal service was amazing, the shop had a great layout.
The owner who gave me service was knowledgable and obviously has a great passion for his trade.
Can't see myself buying watches anywhere else in Stockholm.

Fantastic & amazing personal service. The shop is kind of a boutique watch store with great ambience. Their pre-owned slection also worth looking at. Probably the best watch store in Stockholm, not to be missed!
