Wrote a comment when I checked out as worried it might not arrive before Christmas, got a response from Victor who made sure it was sent out as soon as possible.
Food items were as described with long expiry date. Would definitely order again.
Warning! False product pictures!
I ordered a teapot, what I received was not the same as in the picture. I got an product that I could have bought much cheaper with several other competitors. This is fraud and I would not recommend anyone buying from this company
Terrible Customer Service
I've had a similar experience to many other customers in this thread. It was my first order from Freaky Kitchen and one item was missing. I've sent them an email explaining the situation, waited a few days before following up, waited again, and followed up. Finally, after a couple of weeks, I decided to call them up, but no one answers. It's been a few weeks, and I haven't heard back.
I wish I had read the reviews on this site before making a purchase. It was my first order with Freaky Kitchen; it will be my last.
- point. if you want to lose your money just buy from them. no one answer your emails nor phone, the number is not working. they wont return your money if the product is broken they dont answer you . I can not believe that a company in Sweden can be like this. please dont trust them at all. they are the worst company that you can chose to buy from.
