order fulfillment is too slow
order fulfillment is too slow. Paid for fastest shipment/handling and it took ten days to receive order. Just to send a pair of frames that were in stock. This is not competitive in today's marketplace. Time to fill/ship is not provided in online order process. Would have gone elsewhere if I'd known. Ten days is a long time to be without glasses.

Very, very poor quality, even worse customer service
I ordered a pair of glasses with the highest quality lens + the scratch resistant coating. within 2 months my glasses were so scratched it impacted my field of vision. I only use proper cleaning clothes and spray to clean the glasses. Never in 40 years of wearing glasses have I had a lens scratch. Customer service was worthless (lectured me that scratch resistant doesn't mean scratch proof) and offered me a 20% discount to buy another pair of $1,000 glasses. Never again!
3/20/26: nobody has contacted me despite the note attached to my review. Another example of how bad these guys are. Buyer beware, they are terrible.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses
Purchased a pair of sunglasses. A week later receive an email saying the order will take up to 5 months to receive. Dear lord, why would I wait that long for a pair of non prescription glasses. Customer service line also takes incredibly too long to get in touch with someone. There should be more transparency on the website if brands and or a specific pair you are looking at are out of stock. Do better.

Great selection for small size frames
I have always had a hard time finding a frame for my eyeglasses since I need a small kids frame but I found the perfect size I needed at Frames Direct. It's not easy to find a frame for an adult in the kids selection but Frames Direct had just what I was looking for. I love them.
