I wanted to return my perfume but as I bought it in the UK I have been told that I must pay for returns myself. No UK courier will accept perfume to be shipped internationally unless it is shipped by a verified business account as it is a flammable liquid so I am unable to return the purchase myself.
I bought the perfume because it said that returns labels are provided to UK and US customers with a deduction of £5 which would be taken from the original payment method. When I contacted customer service about this they said this wasn't an option currently. So the information on their website is false.
Do not purchase from this company unless you are 100% sure you want to keep the purchase, they do not offer returns despite saying they do. They said that I could return to a UK address but that the refund would take 3-6 months. This information should be stated on the website.

Regarding the return label, we would like to clarify that return labels for UK customers are provided on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances and the available shipping options. We regularly receive returns from customers in the UK without issue, so we are genuinely sorry that the carrier available to you was unwilling to process the shipment due to the restrictions surrounding perfume and flammable liquids.
We also apologize for any confusion regarding the UK return address and the refund timeframe. When a UK return address is provided, the package is ultimately forwarded back to our facility in the USA. Your refund is issued once the returned package arrives at our US facility and is processed. Depending on the shipping method and circumstances, this can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months. We understand that this is a significant amount of time to wait for a refund, and we are sorry that this was not clearer when you initially contacted us.
We truly regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us identify where our return information could be clearer and where we can improve the experience for our UK customers.
