Deals in fakes. Please be careful guys and gals. If its too good to be true then it most definitely is (especially where this site is concerned). Returns are refunds policy is non existent and only benefits the seller.

Not a lot stars for those expert's, try better Notino or allbeauty.com for better value for less money.

Excellent service. Ordered on Tuesday and received Thursday. Genuine product. I do not know how they do it at that price but I will buy again. I bought Giogio Armani code 75 ml for less than £50.

Purchased Armani code eau de toilette 200ml. Cost me £75. The fragrance is 100% fake . The lid of the bottle doesn't lock.

Unfortunately, the product that I received from Fragrance Expert wasn't genuine.

Eau de Cartier deodorant (stick) didn't even have a protection plastic top under the screw top, without even mentioning flimsy box packaging. The initial response from Fragrance Expert was quick and proper : they have sent a pre-paid envelope to return it and promised a refund and investigation. But after I have posted it back it's all gone quiet - no refund, no response on my email for 3 weeks now. Very surprised and upset.

Would not recommend using Fragrance Expert.

Used this website before and had a really good experience. Tried to buy Prada Candy 80ml perfume yesterday. At the payment page it said the cost was 51 pounds. On the next screen, Santander pops up saying the page is asking for 5100 pounds! Tried again an hour later, same thing happened. I messaged Fragrance Expert but nobody has got back to me. Went on the website to try again today...perfume has now gone up to 62 pounds. Unacceptable customer service, really disappointed.

I ordered a Molton Brown item, it arrived really quickly, is a genuine item and such a fabulous price. Will be using them again and would highly recommend the company.

orderd two nina ricci perfumes for xmas presents, only received one rang customer services and the other arrived first class the very next day. perfumes are genuine and i would deffinately buy from them again.

Ordered perfume on 16th Dec with expected delivery 20th. It arrived on 3rd Jan. I called, left a voicemail, emailed, tweeted and facebooked Fragrance Expert but didn't get a response until 3rd Jan. Apparently a delivery was attempted on 20th but nobody left a card.

Eventually arrived 3rd Jan. Fragrance Expert contacted me the day it arrived and refunded me 10%.

Product was good as was the price. Delivery was a disaster though.

I have recently placed an order for Jean Paul Gautier; l'eau de toilette with Fragrance Expert. Unfortunately, as there was a delay in the specified delivery date, the company's Manager; Paul, whom I liaised with on the telephone, was extremely kind, apologetic and sympathetic. He went out of his way to rectify the problem and said that he would arrange an overnight delivery to my house for the following day. He was certainly a man of his word, as I received the perfume as promised, along with a few added extra special gifts for the inconvenience caused. I am super impressed with the service I have received from the company and would certainly highly recommend their good value prices.
