Extremely disappointed with Perfume…
Extremely disappointed with Perfume Direct. Purchased a Mark Jacob’s DOT fragrance. Opened it and it smelt awful. It smelt as though it had gone off. I asked my Sister to try it too and she said exactly the same. I had an on line chat and they asked me to send photos with dates etc. I did as they asked and eventually got a reply saying due to the fragrance being open they could not accept it back due to health and safety reasons. I then pointed out that until I opened the fragrance I would not have known it smelt odd. They suggested I contact Mark Jacob’s which I did and was told that only Perfume Direct could deal with the problem. I will never deal with this Company again. So disappointing and when I asked to speak to a Manger was told not available

Substandard perfume
Substandard perfume.
Spent £112 on Prada Paradoxe Eau de Parfum Spray 90ml Gift Set but its so weak.
Likely selling 'grey market stock' which is why it was sold at a discounted price. This is not worth the saving.

The order was cancelled due to…
The order was cancelled due to incorrect card information (though it was correct) and on the second attempt the order was then cancelled (and it did not say why). I sent a message saying this in december and it has still not been addressed (now in march).
