I’ve been in the electronics industry all my life and dealt with many people but I don’t think I have ever been so grateful to anyone more than Simon at FPVUK
I had issues activating the DJI care refresh but Simon jumped on board and helped me through the process
I wouldn’t have got this done without him so I’m extremely grateful for his time

Dealing with FPV UK Is always a good experience - also the worry of forgetting to renew things is taken on for you. If you follow their system or at least reminders sent to you which is massiveley helpful, Support given to my messages always very thorough and prompt responses - many thanks to the team

My CAA flyer ID membership would not renew automatically and thanks to Simon of FPV UK, he resolved the issue.
It turned out I had initially inputted some details incorrectly.

Extremely efficient and helpful.
I emailed a couple of questions and the reply came back within minutes. Simon was so professional and knowledgeable. After taking out my membership to FPV, all relevant links were sent to me instantly and my membership card and sticker arrived within a few days. I would highly recommend FPV to anyone thinking of joining a drone association.

Selected FPV Based in on lots of research and and offer of discounts on A2 CofC . Signed up accepting offer of update service of Flyer ID and User ID and they have been fantastic . I made a few errors with info and Simon rectified these progressed my updates. Extremely pleased with service to date and would highly recommend (as I have done many times already) 5* product 5* service

I’m new to the drone world and had a few questions. I sent over an email on a Sunday afternoon and had an immediate response with detailed instructions and information on what I needed. No question seamed too much and they were very happy to help.

Absolutely perfect answered ALL my questions even on a Saturday which is unusual so 5star effort and I will also say within the hour . Put my mind at rest and answered my questions about the caveat of once you sign up you are giving the company the right to use the payment method for future purchases, which was explained completely to me as apparently I am the first person to ever asked this question. A worthwhile purchase if you’re new to drones or established it’s a must !

Purchased my drone insurance the first time with this company having been previous with another company.not only did I renew my flyer id with their online test which they pass to caa.you get commercial insurance included so you can make money from your footage.article 16 is included.a great price for the year..and get this..any email enquiries are answered in minutes.couldnt be more helpful. If you need drone insurance go with fpvuk.you won't regret it.

excellent company . If you need Drone public insurance or business cover this is the place to go . The price is very reasonable and the support is excellent . Any questions simply just send them an email and they will definitely respond in my experience normally very quickly .

FPV UK have a very good deal of drone related information on their website and have been very professional in dealing with my questions regarding membership, drone regulations and guidance on where to find additional details.

Whether you are an experienced drone pilot or a beginner, you are in the right place. The resources are fantastic and provide everything you need to fly your drone safely and within the regulations. when I did have a few questions to clarify on drone regulations, Simon got back to me straight away with answers and links to the relevant detail. Highly recommended!

This is the best company I’ve ever dealt with. You can call them any time even on weekends. You can email Simon any time and I’ve had a reply within the hour. I’ve been with FPV UK for many years. When I’ve thought it could be better I’ve emailed Simon and he has told me other customers have said the same and we are looking for ways we can do it. The package you get from FPV UK is second to none and more importantly is the listen and are available at reasonable hours. I cannot fault them if I could they would change it.
