FANTASTIC Customer support.

FANTASTIC Customer support.

So first, they exceptionally opened their store on Saturday, so I could come and get the product physically (a TBS Crossfire Lite TX). That was a lifesaver as I was leaving for 3 weeks holidays on Sunday

Then the product was defective, everything was working except the screen. They helped me on the phone on a Saturday evening, and thanks to their help we managed to fix it. Without them I couldn't have done long range FPV in Australia, so thanks for putting all the effort!

Also one last thing, they're really honest. I mentioned to the owner that the TBS products were rare these days (because of the virus) so he could increase the price if he wanted to make more money, and he said "No, we're not like that".

So I strongly recommend them.

Well packaged

Well packaged, international delivery as promised, all included.
Would have expected a request chat when i order parts that do obviously do not fit (charger has different ports from batteries)
