The Fox Grant team did an excellent job with my house sale. Rose dealt with most of the viewings; she was very professional and put in a great deal of hard work on a succession of extremely busy viewing days. The team were always available to answer my queries. They kept me well informed at each stage of the sale and were always courteous and polite.

Hi, selling a house is always an ordeal but it was great to deal with a small, friendly team. Our main contact Maddie, was fantastic, and backed up by the senior team when needed. We got a good price for the house and would recommend Fox Grant for unusual country places!

Charlotte was a breath of fresh air amongst a sea of mediocre agents operating the area. She showed great knowledge on the area and sellers positions, also gauged our needs without much steer. Sadly our search came to a halt due a job relocation but we hope to resume the search with her again soon.

We were always called after a viewing to give feedback, good or bad. Charlotte was able to organise the smooth organisation of the sale details and photographs with minimum input from ourselves for maximum effect, and was always totally honest with us. Purchased a property from Charlotte at Fox Grant Property Specialists on February 2021 and completed on June 1st 2021.
Charlotte and her Team kept us informed right from the start until the very end. We had a hiccup on the day of exchange as the owners decided to pull out from the sale. We were all devastated but after a week of negotiations with the owners, Charlotte and her Team manage to persuade them to carry on with the sale which they did and they expressed to us how sorry they were to have put us through all the upset. After an awful week of not knowing it turned out incredibly well.
Would like to thank Charlotte and her amazing Team for all the efforts that they put in on our behalf, we would not be in our new home without them.

Although the sale of our cottage seemed to take such a long time from an early offer accepted to exchange, we reached our goal at last and were helped every step of the way by the team at Fox Grant. Charlotte was always there for us, coaxing and encouraging in a very professional way. We really felt looked after and would recommend Fox Grant unreservedly.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that our home took a while to sell, this due to Brexit and the pandemic but the team kept up the momentum throughout. We found William and his team to be consistently attentive, available and professional in all their dealings with us. It is clear they have much experience in this specialist area of the market and we felt in safe hands. William with his unique style, navigated a way to a satisfactory conclusion for us. Throughout the whole process we have been impressed by their honest approach and straightforward professionalism.
