Public health warning needed with their properties
They manage money for themselves only 😡 They don’t care about you as a tenant or your landlord. I learned this from years of renting from this incompetent company. After 2.5 years of requesting housing repairs via their website, on the phone, in person. The broken sewage pipes that flooded the garden with raw sewage the 1st weekend after I moved into the property still hadn’t been fixed, I had been in and out of hospital respiratory problems, unexplainable allergic reactions, they where aware of my multiple sclerosis and weakened immune system before I moved in yet they couldn’t give a shit that their incompetence has physically damaged my life, constantly ill and unable to work due to damaged sewage pipe and raw sewerage water causing rising damp, subsidence, mold and the photo collection of different types of mites I have is disturbing 😳 Yet apparently these mites that are coming out of cracks in the kitchen wall tiles are due to my lack of cleanliness…..
removing the damaged and loose water damaged kitchen tiles had already been suggested by myself but apparently all but the 8 that were replaced was fine.
I can go on and on and on
Photo evidence of everything
Court case that rejected the rent arrears claim and gave me my full deposit back. A situation I haven’t yet finished dealing with 😢😡
Do not trust this agency to manage your…
Do not trust this agency to manage your tenancy deposit fairly or professionally.
I am currently in a dispute over a deposit refund where Foxes continually pass the buck, not resolving and instead allowing dishonest landlords to charge whatever they like. No checks, no call backs, zero conflict resolution and worst of all, they don't seem to care.
I would avoid this company of you possibly can.
Poor Service Foxes Property Management
(In my opinion) Foxes Property Management Bournemouth are not a good block management company.
Completely useless
Completely useless - even by property manager standards !
I'm currently trying to sell my property that's managed by these people. Despite charging nearly £500 to deal with the paperwork for the sale they have needed constant chasing (including visiting their office), by myself and my solictors to get sort of response out of them. When they do respond it's often incorrect and doesn't acutally answer the question!
They are now delaying my sale and there is a real risk the buyer might decided to pull out because of the delays caused by Foxes
Utterly incompetent and rude
If I could give a zero star review I would. I have never known such inefficient and downright rude people. They charge a fortune for repairs and when challenged one of the so called directors, Andrew Bagshaw, just goes quiet and completely ignores you!! He has no idea how to resolve issues. I have no clue how he can call himself a director of the company when he cares so little about his clients. The whole company are a big joke.
Worse company ever
Avoid with a very long bargepole
They are just not interested in helping. Andrew one of the directors cannot handle any kind of challenge and ignores calls and messages. Downright rude with no respect for their clients. Avoid Avoid avoid
Avoid at all costs
Possibly one of the worst customer service experience I have ever come across. They ignore your calls, they charge for work never carried out. I cannot stress enough to avoid this company or face the absolute stress of dealing with them.
Exceptionally poor
Foxes Property Management (Bournemouth) has been our agents for some years and over this time, the decline in services provided has been to a level which is extremely poor and below standards. Issues are not immediately resolved and as a client, you likely to be left to follow up your own queries which can be over a prolonged (and unacceptable) period of time. Contractors recommended by Foxes Property Management are usually overpriced for small jobs to be completed and this is used an an excuse for eventually not getting the job done on time.
The interaction with Andrew Bagshawe as a Director/Property Manager is dreadful. His lack of proactivity and effectiveness has been a source of much discontent for many. Often without reason or an explanation, Andrew tends not to return calls or replies to emails. These are largely either ignored or left unanswered for several months at a time. As this is a family owned business, the unwillingness, poor service to clients is sloppy, inconsequential and old-fashioned.
The experience of dealing with receptionists are also reflective of a well-versed speech in avoiding having to deal with any issue regardless of the minimal effort it would take to reach a quick resolution, improve service standards and regain a positive reputation with existing clients.
The information on the Foxes Property Management webpage is also either incorrect, out of date with contact forms non-functional so your queries are likely to be unresolved using these.
Whilst all agents get it right or indeed wrong at times - overall, given that the service provided by Foxes Property Management (Bournemouth) are paid for - they are consistently disappointing and extremely fustrating to deal with as a managing agent. If you decide to choose Foxes Property Management (Bournemouth), be prepared to experience or accept similar at some stage.
This review has been written with a strong commitment to good service standards. I hope the service provided by Foxes Property Management (Bournemouth) improves, until then - would not recommend using this agent if you are looking for a seamless, good for value service.

I have limited respect for this property management organisation after their representative made written & disparaging comments about me and my partner, (who by the way were being employed as our freehold agents). These comments were subsequently released in error within other 3rd party correspondence, which evidenced these actions. When Foxes challenged about their behaviours and their governance arrangements associated with GDPR, they did not respond for approximately a year and to date have failed to release all data and information they hold on file. We are currently considering whether taking further legal action is necessary, or simply encouraging our Board of Directors to have them removed. In the interim we intend to progress a formal complaint to be independently investigated by their governing body.
