Edward and his team have been great to work with. What started as one order of 70+ ring for employee recognition quickly turned into 250+ as we worked through the design process and we saw how the rings were going to turn out. Team has beat their delivery dates, had excellent communication through the process and surpassed our expectations with the design and quality. This was our first experience with this type of product for recognition, definitely will not be our last.

This is my 3rd year buying a Fantasy Football championship ring from Fox Rings. The quality of the zinc alloy ring makes you feel like you spent for than the cost. AS THE 2022 Champ of my league, I have to 2 I'm different styles.

I once bought an 11 size ring on accident but needed a size 12. I contacted Fox Rings via email and acknowledge if I could mail back the size 11 for a return for the size 12. The respond was yes.

Edward and his team were first class. You truly get premium service with a great value. We were a lower quantity buyer but got the same treatment they would give to a high volume client. They sent multiple renderings until we got the design dialed in just right and they even provided some creative options we had not considered. Anyone looking for a custom championship ring needs to stop right here. This is who you are looking for.

I made an order on the 5th of November. They said between 28-40 days. I paid 30 € just for shipping.
24th of December and no news on my order. 3 emails with no answer.

Our order of custom rings was exactly what we were hoping for. Great quality (the physical ring looks better than the design mock ups) and we received the rings in the estimated time window. I appreciate the timely email communication when I had questions during the design and order process and after we placed our order. Overall, I highly recommend Fox Rings.

Like the other review we too have placed an order that is way behind schedule. Impossible to get an order update and of course they already have our money. Highly recommend you don't use this company.

Excellent and beautiful rings. The service was slower than advertised by the results are legit.

Very unsatisfied with the company. This is our second order with fox rings. First order was a great experience. This time around is completely different. We put the order in back on March 6th. It has been over 7 months and no rings. When reaching out Edward replied to 1 email back in August stating they were delayed but will be sent soon with expedited shipping. They don't answer their phones or return your calls. They haven't replied to the emails either. The website states 4 to 6 weeks. It's been over 7 months and nothing. We have already paid for the rings.

October 29th...still waiting one 1 ring...been over 10 weeks now...no response from EDWARD!!! need to order more rings...but that's now questionable!!
