Company was very helpful from start to finish.
Karen gave great advice about form filling and all the procedures.
Delivery was as promised with two great, helpful guys moving our things carefully.
Have noticed a later question asking which Fox group location was used. I guess it was a combination between Karen at Cwmbran Torfean and those who did the delivery from Southampton - all good.

Helpful, friendly, and efficient
We had an excellent experience. Karen and team were very responsive, replying to all queries promptly.
The delivery service was also very good. John and Alfie were very sweet and helpful and did not complain about the narrow steps down to our basement flat.
Overall we were really pleased with the service!

However, we would like to clarify that these costs related to additional services required at destination, including shuttle services, high floor delivery requirements and port charges. These services were not included within the original quotation or service agreement arranged through your origin agent in the United States.
As soon as these requirements became known, we communicated them clearly and provided full details before proceeding. We always strive to be transparent and fair when additional services are necessary to complete a delivery safely and successfully.

Disappointed
The team was friendly, but removed pre-packed items - that I did not realize were not allowed - without checking with me- leaving me to find them. Small liquids (otc meds) no big deal, but they removed dried roses from a sealed vase - which were from my wedding 33 years ago. My wife has passed away, making this a particularly sentimental heirloom. Plus, as they were dried, in a sealed glass container, there was no need to disturb them. This has moved with me through several countries ; never had a problem before. When removed, since they are so old and fragile, some disintegrated. They had already packed away the glass jar, so when I found the roses, I could not put them back. All this could have been avoided had they just asked me first. Very disappointed.

Shipping to the TRNC
As I was already living overseas they took over the shipping without causing me any distress and although my shipment is still sailing it seems to be going very well to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The 2 movers who came to our house were…
The 2 movers who came to our house were very polite, respectful and were very efficient. Our possessions were carefully packed away and loaded onto the removals truck exactly on schedule and similarly when we arrived at our new home they were unpacked and placed in the rooms specified with no bother at all. This was our first experience of moving house and they made it a very stress free experience so thank you!

Item not delivered then fox ghosted me
My furniture was delivered but the movers said they were unable to deliver one of the items without taling it apart and they were unable to dismantle it so they would need to take it back to the warehouse and get a handyman. I have now been trying for over a month to get the item delivered. Each time I call they say they will get back to me but they don’t. This is a valuable item of furniture with sentimental value and I feel now that I may never get it back. The movers were at my house for four days and I do not understand why the item had to be taken away and they could not get a local handyman to diassembe and then re assemble it at the house

Otto is a credit to the business
In a word what absolutly made our exprience? Otto! When youve made over an hours journey to meet a delivery at a storage unit at 8.30am, you only hope you will be dealt with by such a warm, polite, helpful employee like Otto. From the day before Otto was so helpful, answering every question with patience and professionalism. While we were there he dealt with every query and request instantly. At one stage (when we realised the unit we'd hired wasnt big enough) he had both my partner and I and the two delivery drivers laughing at how daft the situation was. Its rare to find employees (I didnt ask but I hope he is a Manager) that show how much they enjoy their work, speak highly of the company and their employer and deliver excellent customer service. We will definitly use Access Storage again. Not just for the value and service but for employees like Otto.
