order cancelled unexpectedly AFTER being processed

Made an order on the 15.01.2026. The order was processed and I was charged. But a few days later I get an email saying the order is cancelled upon my request, which I found to be weird cause I never requested a cancellation. On the contrary, I was looking forward to receiving the order. After contacting the customer services, I was told that the item I ordered isn't available anymore.
I understand that sometimes online store may not be up to date but,
If it wasn't available, why would you even process the order and go ahead and charge me? The order is reviewed and processed, meaning the item was available then!
I am now really disappointed as I was looking forward to the order. I will avoid this retailer for future.

Ongoing repair case – lack of transparency and unreasonable delay!

I reported a repair/complaint case regarding a Bottega Veneta bag on April 23rd 2025. The bag was handed over to FOUR Amsterdam approximately six months ago for forwarding to the brand. As of today, the overall process has been ongoing for more than nine months.

During this period, I have been in contact with several members of the FOUR Amsterdam team (Tjalien, Jovaira and Dunya in writing; Kate both in writing and by phone). Despite these repeated contacts, there has been no proactive communication and no concrete progress communicated to me.

All updates had to be requested by me. Each time, I was informed that there was still “no feedback from Bottega Veneta”, without any binding timeline, estimated completion date, or written status report.
While I fully acknowledge that luxury repairs and craftsmanship require time, a delay of this length without transparency or any form of binding information is, in my view, unreasonable and does not meet the standard of care expected from a retailer operating in the premium segment.

Due to the ongoing lack of clarity and communication, I have already consulted legal counsel and am currently awaiting further advice regarding the next steps.

At present, as a customer, I remain completely in the dark regarding both the whereabouts of my property and the expected resolution of this matter.

My order wasn't deliverd for my sons…

My order wasn't deliverd for my sons christmas present. So the nice lady from four refunded the money the samen day so i could buy him someyhting else. So now i bought him a tracksuit from the sale. And another present with the refund. So thank you for the help!

Amazing experience

Amazing experience, even when we had to return two products from last week’s online sale. We still ended up buying two pieces from the new collection. The atmosphere was great and the staff were genuinely helpful.
