Never received Ordered and paid for
After seeing the following review, I was contacted by customer services and they have sent me out a new box of paper today.
Much appreciated, but if my original email had been answered, I would never have written that review! Still all is good now and that is what matters.
Ordered and paid for - never delivered - I have complained to the courier company, I have emailed you - but no one seems concerned - so now I have paid for something and never received it ….. would so love it if you could reply to my emails with a suggestion about how to rectify the situation

Amazing customer support from a real human-being. They pick up the phone and put you on to someone who knows what they're talking about. Sound obvious but this is rare these days and therefore sets Fotospeed apart.

Great Company To Deal With
Fotospeed provide first class products and services.
Not only do they have a very diverse range of great papers, both their own and other well known providers, they also have numerous other products to support printing.
However, it is their after sales support, particularly technical support that mark them out. From custom paper profiles to expert support with your printer purchased from them. In so far as I am concerned, there really is no reason, at all, to even consider another supplier for all of your printing needs.
