I am really happy with my Sony 200-600G purchase. The best price (same price was only available in one of the shops in Germany and on gray market). I've ordered Friday night and received it Thursday next week. Not the fastest delivery, however, once I've contacted shop via the form I've immediately received a note from Edwin on when the lens gonna be shipped. I wasn't in a hurry, so it was acceptable for me. I've also asked whether the package can be marked as "fragile" to make sure the lens survives the delivery. Oh gosh, the box was massive and with a lot of protection inside. I was really pleased by this detail to a customer request (even if it is their usual way to ship). The lens was "freshly" produced (April 2026), so I am very satisfied. Thank you Edwin and Foto Looman!

I've been buying from them for a while with no regrets. Every time I need to ask something, Edwin immediately answered me. Always a good price after asking through email, fast delivery, great customer service, even to itens under warranty that failed after a year or so, this store rocks!

I've found this store through someone else in a local sales second hand site, and suddenly I realized this store has everything I look for in an online shop. After an email, I've got all the answers and support. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will try to get it with a special price for you.
I have used other famous online store brands and I never had the same experience as with them. It is like your online store but at same way, is like your local one, in your neighborhood, and I live far away from them. I've been there locally once to get a camera and meet the owner in person, polite and nice person.
As a foreigner and not a Dutch speaker, I've been able to deal with them in English with no issues. Edwin is always available to answer questions and help me out.
Fotolooman is definitely the best and cheapest online store in Netherlands for Foto&Video items. I've been buying from them since 2020 with no regrets.
