Bought the wrong size tshirt and…
Bought the wrong size tshirt and returned it to Royal Exchange Square,Glasgow store. Received excellent service from Jack ( from Dundee 😀). My original choice wasn’t available in the new size but he helped choose another and checked all sizes for me. Very good customer service and Jack is a credit to the store.

Sweatshirt arrived and was not quality I expected for price. Just an average cheap sweatshirt and mediocre print. Returned same day and over week later still waiting for refund.

Went into the shop at The Fort Glasgow for a outfit for my 13yr old sons birthday, the sales assistant was very helpful pleasant, got my son a outfit which he really liked good quality clothes at a good price.
