Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. My 17yr old purchased a VW Polo, they took his payment and handed him 1 key. Advert stated 2keys. Despite being advertised as having 2 they have refused to cover the cost of a replacement key ( £600 including programming) They knew exactly what they were doing and now have ignored my emails stating I’m taking this through the small claims court. .We can’t afford this and had we know it was only 1key we would have tried to negotiate before they took our money. AVOID these cowboys! Appear all helpful and nice but will shaft you
