After breastfeeding my two kids, my small B cup breasts were deflated and my nipples protruded. I have researched nonstop looking for a trustworthy surgeon and surgery for a better price and l choose dr Krizko. At Forme clinic went everything great, the staff took care of me and they are also great with covid precautions. The surgery went well and I have the perfect shape of my breasts and also the size. They are still a little hard/firm but they do take time to settle and that is getting better day by day.

I had an initial rhinoplasty with dr vasek in 2018, he ignored what i wanted just said he will do whatever he decides. my results were not great so we done a re operation last year, since then my nose is thicker, wider at the tip and bridge and also the side is still bumpy with hanging nostrils, also deviated septum on one side. I am extremely disappointed i will have to now go to another surgeon for a revision rhinoplasty to fix this issue and will have this done in July.

My mother had fat transfer to her under eyes, one eye is lumpy and fatty, he said it is common and is trying to charge her to re do her operation for her. she is left scarred and mentally affected from her treatments.

Do not go to this clinic, it is unprofessional and the doctor doesn’t care for your needs

I had a boob job in February, I expressed concerns that I was unwell. Less than 2 weeks after surgery and whilst in Prague. I was told to send photo I said the round looked open they said to put massage oil on it. I returned to uk was rushed into a an e in ambulance. Nearly died from infection from the implant. Had them removed less than 3 weeks. Forme said that was along time to have the implants and therefore does not owe me anything. No refund no offer to fix no compassion.Do not go here. After you have paid for accommodation 5 covid tests and flights you don’t even save any money either. Go to mya stay in uk please. They also threatened me with a lawyer for writing this review. No emapathy for me as a victim of what could of been prevented with good after care.

It took me some time to get courage and have finally ma eyelids done. I looked too old for my age so the surgery gave my face a younger look and especially clear sight. The surgery did not last long and the best i did not need to stay at the clinic. The eyelids healed nicely and fast so after few days i was able to go to work. The scar is so tiny that is barely visible and it fades more every day. I am glad i found your clinic. I got perfect care and your staff is amazing.

I was pleased by the fast communication and option of online conversation. I got the day very fast and i was glad i could find a plane ticket for a good price. They took care of me for the whole time. On the day of the operation, i had all the examination done and met personally dr. Vasek, who was very professional and patient with me. The surgery went well and i healed well. It has been almost six months and my nose looks great but needs still little time to set. I am glad i have chosen Forme clinic and such a skilled surgeon. I have experience with vitamin C infusion therapy at the Formé clinic. Even though I'm not a big fan of injections, I have to say that I really enjoyed this visit. The beautiful environment of luxury apartments, nice staff and tasty snacks were not a mistake! I'm full of energy and in a great mood. I'm glad I boosted my immunity. I can only recommend it.

For me the best experience I ever had at the clinic. This was for me huge because I was waiting for Facelift 2 years until I got the courage to do it. Sometimes I just regret I did not do it earlier. Anyway, I chose dr. Vasek to by my surgeon because I saw some of his work before and of course price was also the reason for this surgery at Forme Clinic. I felt very comfy at the clinic, the staff and doctor were attentive and helpful. And dr. was very patient when I had a consultation with him and answered calmly all my questions. I was very nervous before the surgery but the staff helped me a lot to put me at ease. The surgery went well, the scars healed nice and it has been more than one year and it looks perfect. People guess my age almost 10 years less what is a great feeling.

An unforgettable experience!
It's been a year since I had my eyelid surgery done. Dr. Vašek carried out the surgery which in itself was a very unpleasant experience particularly due to his appalling bedside manner and arrogant behavior (I did lodge a formal complaint in writing after the surgery). Not only did he reprimand me during the surgery (I believe I momentarily winced at the prospect of being cut), I also felt that he rushed through the surgery and did a substandard job with the stitches. As a consequence of his tardy stitching, he left me with a lump on my upper left eyelid which I never had before I went through the surgery. Every day, I look in the mirror at my lumpy eyelid and feel wholeheartedly disappointed with the result. I would strongly advise anyone who is contemplating having surgery done with this man to think twice.

Dr Vasek is a genius, I want to thank him & all the staff, who spoilt me.
I received constant care & attention & had a smas face & neck lift.
It’s not even 3 weeks the scars are barely visible & I had no problems. I had a vit C infusion for quicker healing & took wobenzym pills for anti inflammatory.
I cannot speak highly enough of the way I was cared for & trusted Dr Vasek to do his work.

I underwent liposuction on my tummy and hips. Dr. Baran was great, talked to me through the surgery and explained everything what was about to happen. I did not feel any pain just little pressure but it was fine. I could walk normaly after the procedure. Had only few bruises and the areas were little swollen but it healed very good and I could see the result in few days, however the final one came after few months. But the waiting was worth. Al the staff at Forme clinic was lovely and very hepful so I felt there comfortable and safe. I would visit you again in the future.

My friend had a facelift neck lift, upper & lower blepharoplasty. The surgery was completed by Dr Vasek along with three other people have surgery with him on the same day. You shared a room with two other people. He was very arrogant and told her that she would never look like Angelina Jolie, but would look 10 years younger, which was was happy about. After the operation she stayed in Prague for 10 days, she was concerned that she had an infection (pus coming out) and was told it was normal. When she returned home she had to go to the doctors and had to have two different lots of antibiotics to get rid of the infection. After three months the neck and face started to sag, so she contact Forme Clinic and was told she had to wait a year to see the full results. It got worse and worse and now she doesnt look any different to what she did prior to the surgery. She has also spoken to two other people who have had the same issue. She has been writing to the clinic for the last 6 months complaining about the surgery and has asked for a refund. The latest response was that she has scaring from the operation and she needs to go back to have this fixed, at a cost to her for flights/hotels and the costs of the surgery, general anaesthesia and one night in their hospital. After having an infection for two months she does not want to go back again and is going to take the matter further. I'd be interested in anyone else who has also had the same issues as she and the two other people that she has spoken to. Stay away from this clinic and find someone that will look after you. She can't imagine if anything went really wrong, as once you've had the operation they aren't interested in anything you get fobbed off.

I went in for a double chin... and came out with a double chin. Dr. Vasek’s solution: “come back in a year.” Need I say more? Take your money and run!

I had a wonderful experience with the Forme Clinic. I did a lot of research beforehand and decided to go to Dr Vasek. I liked his many qualifications and many years experience. I have had 3 procedures with him at different times over the years. I liked the fact he is very honest and direct when discussing what I was looking for. If you want to be flattered, I would suggest going to someone else. I liked his honesty and the fact he said it like it was.
He is also very skilled and his work is very natural. This is exactly what I wanted. I had a rhinoplasty and a facelift there and I knew I was in safe hands. He was the only surgeon I wanted to go to.
I made sure I stayed there for the entire recovery and to have my stitches out. They have lovely apartments on site and I stayed there for 10 days to recover afterwards. It can be difficult to find a place that will take these stitches out if you are from another country. I would advise staying if you can for the recovery period. Dr Vasek is an extremely skilled surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I thought he was wonderful.

I had upper and lower eye reduction in February 2020, now in July I’m gutted I chose this company. I just wanted to reduce my eye bags and after all the pain and black eyes they are exactly the same as before I had the operation. I am here at Formé clinic after having a mini tummy tuck. My experience has been amazing, I have been treated with huge respect and all my questions answered. I had all sorts of tests before my surgery and given so many opportunities to ask questions or talk thing over, my surgeon was Dr.Bartošková , she was unable to do the treatment I originally wanted but did not pressure me in anyway, she helped me by explaining everything I needed to know and really made me feel at ease. I was worried about the scar but she has made the scar an extension of my already existing scar so although it is a little wider it is definitely well hidden by my underwear
I have experienced an ectopic pregnancy resulting in a laparotomy and also I had c section and now a mini Abdominoplasty , on a scale of 1 to 10 the laparotomy was a clear 10. The c section an 8 and the tummy tuck a 2. I am sore but only if I move too fast. I was on the ward for two days and I was constantly monitored and offered help or pain relief if needed but now am staying in the on site apartments,
I have been up and walking around (standing up straight too) on the day of surgery and now two days after I feel like I could go home but I will stay a little longer (to enjoy the rest)
The clinic is immaculately clean as you would expect for a clinic but it feels more like a 5star hotel. The food is amazing and the staff are super nice, caring and attentive
I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering surgery in Prague
I have chosen to stay in the clinics apartments just because I think it makes sense to be close by. I have been checked on regularly and cared for as if I was still on the ward.
The doctor came to check my dressing and take photos and already it looks amazing, slightly bruised but that's to be expected , I have been given comprehensive aftercare instructions and again the nurses have been calling in to make sure I understand and am adhering to the aftercare
The apartment is beautiful, really spacious and has everything you could need and oh my goodness the food is fantastic!
If I was to have any further surgery I would absolutely return here
I am genuinely surprised by how well I feel.

After spending a few years of extensive research, I decided on forme clinic in Prague and had my first ever plastic surgery (upper eyelid surgery under local anesthesic done by Dr Vasek) in mid November 2019.
Not painful whatsoever, procedure very quick also.
It is now two months after.
I'm very pleased with the results.
I have eyelids again... yippee!!😁😃
I can wear eye shadow for the first time in years!

Please don't hesitate if you need/want facial surgery from this clinic at a great quality of service and price too, Rather than be absolutely ripped off and robbed blind from the UK for instance for the same procedure, if not even better!
You are quoted more or less the exact price that appears on the website, which is not the case for some other clinics.
I paid approx £500 for the surgery (day case; inclusive of aftercare pack)

Sorry this is a long post. The first time I visited Forme clinic it was for a Breast Reduction. Even though I had to return 12 months later for corrective surgery, as Forme was covering the cost I was reasonably happy. I decided to return for an Abdominoplasty and Liposuction in November 2018. I was under the care of Dr Hyza. However he decided that because of my Blood Pressure he would only do the abdominoplasty. He promised I could return at a later date to have the liposuction and I also wanted a thigh lift. At this point I was fairly happy as I thought he was just avoiding any risks to me. I returned the following February. The upper abdominal liposuction he promised he would do he now said he couldn’t because it would spoil the looks of the abdominoplasty he had done previously. So I went ahead with the Liposuction to hips and inner thigh lift. As is normal I was fitted with a Lycra compression garment from waist to ankles. It was black so didn't show the blood. I was expected to wear this garment all the time. No extra garment was included in the price so that one could be washed. By the time I left the clinic 2 days later it absolutely stunk. The first thing I did when I got back to my apartment was take it off and wash it. I think this is highly unhygienic and disgusting. It took 3 washes to get all the blood and other bodily fluids out of it.
This left me with a fat roll around my midriff. After doing the liposuction to the hips my stomach dropped again and I had a roll of skin above the abdominoplasty scar, and the thigh lift was a disaster. I had a loose bag of skin on the inside of each thigh. The inner thigh scars were at least 2.5cm below where they should be and very ragged.
I contacted the clinic who said they would make an appointment for me to return so Dr Hyza could have a look. I had already sent photographs of the problems and to return would have meant overnight hotel stays and air fare just to see him for 1/2 hour. I asked who would be covering the cost if the surgery needed redoing and they told me I would have to pay again. I was annoyed as it should all have been done properly in the first place. Dr Hyza should have known how the results would be doing the surgeries in the order he did them. They constantly wanted me to come back just for a consultation until eventually they said they would book a consultation and a surgery slot but I would still have to pay again. This is not good enough.
I decided to go and see a cosmetic surgeon here in the U.K. He looked at everything and said none of it had been done correctly in the first place. Not enough skin taken from the inner thighs which is why I was left with loose skin, he said the liposuction to my hips was very uneven, there was no sculpturing to shape my figure. The scars for the thigh lift and abdominoplasty were very ragged and poorly stitched.
This new surgeon agreed to do both operations again, even taking into account for my blood pressure he did the thigh lift, abdominoplasty and liposuction all at the same time. In fact the total operation took nearly 6 hours. The cost of this was comparable to what I had already spent on 2 visits to Forme clinic including accomodaton, flights and meals Also I was fitted with a Lycra garment again, but each time the nurses came to check my dressings etc they changed everything including my compression garment. The used ones were just thrown away. I was sent home with the one I was wearing and a spare and a huge amount of extra dressings. At Forme I was only given a couple of dressings and some plasters which were totally unsuitable.
I am now 1 week post op and parts of my abdominoplasty scar are so fine they will not be seen when fully healed. I have already had 2 follow up appointments with the nurses to have my woulds checked and redressed. At Forme no follow up appointments were made even though I was in Prague for almost a week after the operations. I will be having another appointment for dressings checks etc in the next fews days, all included in the price. All in all I wish I had just had everything done here in the U.K. It may be more expensive but it is certainly worth it. I would not advise anyone to go to the Forme Clinic. To say I am angry is an understatement, but I suppose we all live and learn and you get what you pay for.

Do not get fat transfer with either of these heavy handed ‘surgeons’ if you want an aesthetic outcome.

Let me preface this by saying that I have an extremely good eye for detail as an artist, and as a result I intuitively understand aesthetics very well.

I was a fit and average height and weight 21 year old (BMI 22) who had fat transfer to breasts with my stomach, upper arms, inner knees and under my chin as fat donor sites in 2016. I had reasonable expectations and merely wanted a slight increase in cup size as well as some body-contouring from my donor sites which had some stubborn fat reserves.

Straight after the procedure things looked fine; with all liposuction/fat transfer procedures you have swelling which disguises the final result at first. This can make it seem like the procedure went well and you are happy with the result initially.
However, a year later I started to notice the true result of the procedure as things settled. Irregularities in my stomach, my right inner knee, my upper arms and under my chin appeared.. I started to get upset but thought maybe it was a healing issue which may resolve over time. I have lost a bit of weight since then, but things only look worse. Without the swelling, the true extent of their unsatisfactory work has been revealed.

Liposuction is an art, it has to be done carefully and follow your body contours to some extent, and a skilled surgeon should liposculpture with this in mind in order to avoid irregularities. However, these are not skilled surgeons and what they did to me has caused me to regret the procedure since.

My stomach is now asymmetrical as they harvested too much fat from one side and not the other, I have indentations in several places and unnatural rippling all over. My arms have an unpleasant contour as they took fat out from the middle portion of my upper arms, but neglected the top portion, as well as creating adhesions from suctioning too close under the skin. They took fat out of the middle of my chin, but not the sides/jowls, which has given me a square jawline. My right inner knee has a gouge in it from an aggressive technique. They didn’t bother to correct the slight asymmetry in my breast and just put in 200cc of fat in both. I am lumpy in places that were smooth.. the list goes on. As you can tell, they did a bad job with no real care for an aesthetic outcome.

When I complained in 2017 they offered to do a revision, but when I arrived in their office they decided it wasn’t that bad. They said I look fine which is pretty ridiculous and shows how low their standards are. Bad surgeons will often tell patients that their expectations are too high in order to deflect from their poor work and victim blame, so be wary of such charlatans.

I posted pictures of my body on Real Self and over 10 top-rated surgeons told me that this is indeed the work of poorly trained surgeons who carried out unsatisfactory liposuction; but that because of my age, skin and fitness I am luckily a good candidate for revision. However I will have to spend at least another £10,000 so I deeply regret ever going to the Formé in the first place.

P.S I expect them to reply to this review telling me that I’m exaggerating.. but don’t listen to them. it’s just damage control by trying to mitigate bad PR. If you are interested in judging their work for yourself please email me and I will oblige with photos.

I needed corrective surgery after the mess they made on my, run of the mill, breast uplift.
This site does not let me upload fotos so you cant see what a mess they made.
Id asked for an uplift on my 36C. And only enquired about the smallest implant, but was adamant and clear at all times i did not NOT want big breasts.
The uplift was the procedure I definitely wanted, not the implant.
The male Dr persuaded me to have an implant, clearly his idea and my idea of small breasts are poles apart.
He put in what he wanted.
I made the mistake of thinking him an expert and trusting his decision.
I was left with eye watering enormous swinging massively oversized breasts swinging down by my belly button. A pair of painful 36GG with new nipples almost the size of a saucer!!
PLUS
A deep distortion in one of the breasts where the tissue, bizarrely, sunk 'inwards' in a highly obvious manner.
I have heaps of photos of what they did.
They offered my a 500 euro discount to fly back over and get them to correct it. I'd already paid 3000 euro, but the concern was, if the Dr (DR MERTAN) did not hear my voice originally ( I DONT want big breasts), then i cant trust them a second time.
I have had corrective surgery now, as those mammoth low swinging breasts actually was destroying my life, day by day depressing me further and further.
I am truly dazzeled at my sensational breasts done by DR LIEW in Uk, I believe I now have the most beautiful, pert little breasts, he removed the football shaped implants put in by DR Mertan, and has lifted and shaped my breasts and my nipple area has been drastically reduced so everything suddenly fits my body.
