Dave the tutor @ ALM Tilbury is a horrible nasty individual. Shouldn't be horrible, nasty or rude to newbies that have no experience with forklifts. Totally unacceptable.

Great instructor.

Not been on forklifts for approximately 18months, so adjusted his training to suit me even though he also had trainees that used them daily within / attending refresher the course.

Training courses

We contracted with this company to provide us with training for a number of staff. They repeatedly failed to attend but then offered us a refund of our £750 deposit which they have not returned to us

**Scammers

**Scammers - Not an actual training centre**

I booked a course through these guys who are an agent for several actual trying facilities. I explained very clearly my previous experience and let the lady know I would be one hour late due to prior engagements - (before committing to the booking) which she said was no problem.. When I got to the training centre, there was serious conflict between the training centre and "forklift training UK". The training centre claimed they have not been paid for my course and that they also had outstanding debt for previous courses... They then sent me away claiming I was on the wrong course and I needed to speak to "Forklift training UK" about a refund.

I spoke with "Forklift trying uk" and they where apologetic and offered a refund. A Month passed and I had not yet received the refund yet the card payment had debited my account.. I then spoke with Bhavesh the 'MD' who was very rude and told me I couldn't have a refund as the real issue was that I was late - a total lie.

I am now having to go through my business banking account and down legal avenues to retrieve my £300 for a forklift course that wasn't paid for by them and that I couldn't even attend!

Total scam - Look elsewhere and find an actual training centre not a company with a stack load of fake reviews from friends who will rip you off

Right, to get this story corrected. You booked a training course with us, the payment had been made to our supplier but the TRUTH IS, you turned up 4 hours late to the training course and then DEMANDED that your training to be completed with NO previous certifications.

You have threatened me and my staff and this is something we will not accept.

We have CCTV that confirmed the story in question.

Next time you decide to book a training course please don't demand a trainer and turn up 4 hours late with no excuse.

Best Of Luck

I payd 720 pounds for a 3 days course which turned out to be a 4 - 5 hour one day course and when I asked for a refund I've been declined even though I was fully entitled to a refund further more they started threatening me with solicitors if i still ask for my own money back so please everyone be very careful when dealing with this company

Beware!!!

I've given 1 star as it's not possible to leave a 0. Whatever you do do not touch this Company with a barge pole. They are fraudsters, they will take your money under false pretences, provide no service or offer one not fit for purpose, then refuse to refund. Most of the previous reviews look fake. They will be dealt with through the appropriate authorities and I am also going to the national press. Stealing from people on low income during a global pandemic is shameful as well as criminal. I will reach as wide an audience as possible.
