I would give 0 stars if possible

Terrible company that takes 0 responsibility for their actions. Blames everything on being bought out by Bonterra. Companies like this should not be allowed to work in the non-profit sector. Their employees, the few I have dealt with seemingly do not read, but skim emails, do not adhere to their own policies and go into hibernation when called out. I sent an email on the 28th re an authorization form(which shouldn't have even been sent because who has more authorization than a founder) and the employee went MIA, common for them according to other NPOs. Companies need to better vet who they hire to process funds.
