They kinda fixed stuff, but overall took too long
Update: I finally got my petsuit in 2025. As an apology for delays I got an extra one which is super nice. Things started moving only after I got telegram contact of their boss, who seems a very chill guy.
So like i had 1.5 of bad experience plus last 6 month of good experience, guess i can add 2 more stars.
Old review:
A year passed, no petsuit, very poor communication
So i contacted them on 3rd November 2023, today is 17th October 2024 and i still have no ETA on when order is shipped
My situation bit custom, i requested them to send a fur sample first, with suggestion to pay for it
But still that is not an excuse for breakfast feeding for month.
They reply maximum one time per month after repeated messages only. Last sentinel reply i got was on 20th of August, after that i got one more on September 29th and complete silence after. More than 1.5 month!
Wont recommend dealing with them. It's a shame they are only ones who produce this kind of product
