Worst company to order from. I ordered an outfit and the material was nothing compared to what it looked like in the picture on the website. Totally disappointed and I made sure it was returnable before purchasing. I sent pictures through email to the company because that is what they asked. They tried to talk me into selling it to someone else or just keeping it, and once again I told them I want to return for my money back. They said it’s not worth returning it cause I would have to pay the fees to send it back to China and they would give me 5% back of what my purchase is worth. TOTAL SCAM, don’t do it!!!!!

I tried contacting the vendor to do an exchange. I realized that I can wear a large and just wanted to switch. I attempted to call the vendor and was ignored. I say that because I contacted her a week after I purchased the outfit to see what the delivery date would be and if possible, a tracking number. She responded by saying that it takes 4 - 6 weeks for delivery and a tracking number has not been set up yet. Understandable. Fast forward a month later and she did not respond to my exchange request.
I purchased through PayPal so I reached out to them today (11/30/18) to ask for a refund. The message was sent to the vendor. Hopefully through this avenue we can resolve the matter, otherwise, PayPal will be responsible for my refund but it will take some time.

Do not order from this place their return policy is false if you try to return something they're not going to give you the address to return it they will go all around to stop from giving you back a refund the quality of the merchandise it's awful I will never purchase anything else from this place again... If I could give zero Stars I would I wouldn't even give them one star.... Whom ever is taking up for this company either y'all related in some type of way....or you just like cheap quality clothes😘😘

This company's products are extremely cheap, at best. The quality is not as pictured. Also, they do not honor their return policy and I am filing a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. It's not a lot of money but it is now the principle.

Placed and order in july, still no product and they keep telling me the tracking number is still to come. They are STEALING money from people.

I ordered and never received a tracking number this site is a scam luckily I only ordered 1 item and it’s not a big loss! But never again will I ever order something online from these stupid sites! My advice stay away from these stupid sites

This is a rip-off my order quality is so cheap , and when I ask for my refund they took days to answer, then they only refund 20% out of 65.00 I received 13.60 back and a bad outfit that I can’t do anything with.

Do not order from this site. The clothes only look good online and they don't give back refunds. The company is a straight hoax

NEVER EVER order from this website pretty clothes but the return policy is a scam they say return ur items for refund but that’s not true they only want to give you 20% coupon off ur next order or 10% back from wat u paid which I think is VERY HORRIBLE if u paid full price why CUSTOMER cant get a FULL REFUND BACK then they want to tell you it will cost more to ship cause you have to ship to CHINA something they don’t tell you either this company is just like FASHION NOVA SCAM NEVER ORDER FROM

I ordered my outfit September 29th its now October 13th still no tracking number or outfit . They have no number to call only an email. The person email keep saying they sent it but there waiting on a tracking number & its a delay but my money was taken out my account on September 29 and he said he cannot refunds me my money . So I’m out of my mobile with nothing to show for it

I spent over a hundred dollars. There have not been any tracking numbers. And no response this website it fraud. Please do not order They took my money and have not responded to any of my emails.

They get all star because I loved my order come in fast only took about a week no longer quilty of the fabric was nice I do recommend that you order from them.

Horrible!!! Bad quality top was too small bottom was too big . And when I contacted them to return they told me it’s lot worth returning because I’m gonna have to pay for shipping . Because shipping from U.S. to China is expensive . So they have their return policy and then tell you it’s not worth it to return and pay shipping and basically you’re stuck with an item you can’t use . Don’t do it ! I’m so mad right now and I RARELY ever write reviews . Scammers for sure

I received extremely poor customer service whereby I was not provided an update on my order till 11 days after making payment, and this was only due to me contacting them first. After all that, it took a further 14 days till the items arrived. All but one of the 8 items I ordered were of an extremely poor quality, and when I contacted the company about a refund, all they were willing to do was exchange. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything else from this company again, and will not be recommending them to anyone.

This dress was so comfortable! l got it to wear to a wedding and l wanted something that would accommodate my pregnant belly. This far exceeding my expectations and l received so many compliments :)
